I pulled over on the freeway and spotted a Discount Tire store the other side of the freeway. I was able to get there quickly and then saw they closed at 6:00; it was 6:20. To my surprise the manager walked out and asked about my situation. Upon realizing that it had a puncture he said "We'll fix it!" and pulled my vehicle into a previously-closed bay and fixed the flat within moments. When I went to pay him he said that Discount Tire did not charge for simple flat repairs and would not take any money. I've been a faithful customer ever since, including since I moved to Longview 23+ years ago. I won't go anywhere else if I have a choice! Top notch people from the top down!

This is the second time to take my truck in for service for touch up paint. Dusty and or crew will walk you through what they think and give you a couple options. They also price things very reasonable. Today I got a phone call from him saying I believe we buffed the spots out pretty well and the touch up paint isn't needed. He said why don't you come up here and see what I'm talking about, and you can decide if you want it painted or not, but I don't see the need. Once I got there, he showed me, and I couldn't agree more with the work. Most shops will just say in needs it to, so you spend your money, but he pretty much said you don't need to spend the $500 you thought. Talk about integrity!!! I feel like the value that I have received both times have been well worth it and the work is also amazing. I'd recommend G2G Paint and body shop to a million out of a million people. And does not even deserve the 1 star. I went in to get a set of tires 6 months same as cash. 20 dollars down. Ok great super nice lady that helped me. Got me fixed up I had 0 problems. I was never told the exact amount of each monthly payment but it wasn't an issue I knew what I was signing up for. Each month like clock work 281.44 on auto draft never an issue with my payments: rocking along my 6 month was up which was December whoop whoop last payment. Thought nothing else of it. January rolls around and and 281.44 is drafted from my acct. I call to see what is going on. And she proceeds to tell me that I didn't not meet the agreement having it paid off in 6 months. And I owe another 1400.00 on top of the 1987.47 I just paid off in full so I thought. Let me tell you I was confused. I went to trying to figure this thing out. Here is what I found the payment was set at 281.44.X6= 1688.64 which is a $377.91 difference between grand total of the tires and what I paid in the 6 months. 377.91 divided by 6 = a whopping 49.88 difference from what I paid and what it took to have it paid off in the 6 months. So basically they lowered my monthly payment to exactly the amount of missing the 6 month period by 1 month. Then want to tack on Penalties etc. I was floored when they showed up at my house demanding payment or they were taking my tires which remind you they are fully paid for at this point. The amount of phone calls each day. And Harrassing text messages which I will Attach below I am flabbergasted by this. I got in the store to talk to the manager and he reminded me of Matilda's crooked Dad. He was so proud of himself and all he could say well ma'am we set it at the lowest monthly payment that we are allowed to accept. And it does not meet the 6 months. Well why In the Hell would I agree to that? That's what I went in there for 6 months same as cash no more no less. And all he could say with a smirk on his used car salesman's face is "well ma'am we do not know your financial situation" people do it all of the time. I really don't know how many times he said that. My financial situation is total amount divided by 6. And proceeds to tell me I owe another 500 something dollars. No way in hell. I said I hope you sleep well at night knowing what a scam you have going on here. But you know the thing is. I had 0 problems no complaints. Easy does it and would have been a return customer. Bad business. you know what the real problem is. If this happens to you and you don't catch it. They will eagerly show up and take your tires and leave you blocks then what do you do??? But just know if they show up call the law and they legally can not touch your property.

UNTRUSTWORTHY…read more Dropped off my car for slipping transmission at a low speed, they said they'd identify the problem in 2 days and it would be $100. 7 days later I have to call them and ask what's happening. I got called back later and was told they ran a test, confirmed that the car was slipping, and what the machine said, the diagnostic (which takes 5-10 minutes max) was $140 and the best option was a $6200 new transmission. I came over the next day and asked about a rebuild. Ryan at the front desk told me nobody does rebuilds anymore so the only real option is a new transmission. Immediately took my car out and will never bring it back in. Called J & J Transmission, they do free diagnostics, and got an estimate for a rebuild around 3700. EDIT: Owner contacted me after posting this, refunded me, apologized and was very respectful and reasonable. I believe the misquoted price to begin with was a genuine mistake, but I still would not recommend going here unless you know cars well enough to recognize mistakes or incomplete information about your options.
