Contacted Fitness Direct via telephone and my call was answered by Mark, who I thought was one of their sales personnel. He told me they didn't do business with Assault Fitness anymore (very understandable) and told me he had a better manual treadmill sold by Cascade Health & Fitness. I was hesitant at first but I looked them up and they were a very reputable company that makes very high quality equipment. The price was definitely over my budget but Mark told me he would work with me on that and would send me a quote later that day. He gives me his direct contact as well and was truly helpful and kind throughout the whole process. I get the quote later and Mark gave me a quote that surprisingly worked for my budget, also I find out he's the president of Fitness Direct. Him going out of his way to make a sale, go above and beyond for an individual with a garage gym, and not to a commercial customer with a high dollar ticket really earned my respect. It was a no brainer for me to buy from Fitness Direct. The treadmill took about two weeks to get delivered to me once I placed the order and was unfortunately 3 days late due to some miscommunication between Fitness Direct and Cascade. Once it came in though, I was surprised on how well the treadmill was built and how much smoother it ran than the Assault treadmills I've been familiar with. It was really easy to look over the mistake that led to a delay in delivery. I'm more than happy with my experience with Fitness Direct, Mark, and my new equipment. I HIGHLY recommend buying equipment from them!

Fitness Warehouse USA ‍…read more I had visited several fitness equipment stores prior to the pandemic, but Fitness Warehouse USA was the only shop that sold Powerblocks. These are adjustable dumbbells from 5# to 90# that can be adjusted in 2.5# increments. I own a set at my Chicago home and believe these are the best adjustable dumbbells on the market. The owner, Gary, answered all my questions and provided an estimate of several pieces I was interested in. I told him I'm working on organizing my garage and would make the purchase when ready. Then the pandemic closes the gyms. This motivates me to finish my garage, but when I contact Gary to complete the order, he tells me that he's sold out AND there's a back order for months! It was a number of months later and quite frankly I forgot about them, but Justin from Fitness Warehouse USA contacts me to say my main items are available. Justin is very personable and was just as excited as me to provide the items ordered. He helped me load my items in my car and helped me decide on some additional equipment. What struck me most about Gary is his integrity. Dumbbells and many other types of exercise equipment are scarce and in high demand. There is a lot of price gouging and delivery favoritism occurring in this industry. Gary has a queue of when product arrives and who takes delivery. He also stayed true to his estimate, though he's fully aware of the price gouging (Especially Powerblock dumbbells) with fitness equipment and treated me exactly the same as where we left off when we initially met over 6-months ago. If you're looking for Powerblocks or know anyone who is, I highly recommend Fitness Warehouse USA. I believe he's an exclusive distributor of all their products. He also carries many other types of weight lifting and commercial gym equipment as well as used equipment.

The transaction went smoothly and he even brought a dolly to help transport the equipment into the car for us. You can tell he cares a lot about his business and I am glad to have purchased my equipment here than anywhere else. Should I need any additional equipment I'll be sure to inquire here first! 11/10!

I was looking for a used elliptical machine on another site where one typically finds used items…read moreand came across All You Fitness Equipment. I didn't think much of it at first since I was looking for cheapest possible price, but All You Fitness happened to have the model that I (meaning my wife) wanted. The price was more expensive then what I was looking for in a used machine, and I was skeptical about the offered warranty from a shop I have never heard of. However a quick check on the excellent reviews here on Yelp changed my mind and I'm happy to say that I didn't regret it! Once the machine was installed at home, I started hearing some squeaking sounds, which I didn't hear when I tested it at the shop. I was embarrassed to call up Ivan about this, since my understanding is that it's pretty common, but he immediately scheduled someone to come take a look. Now, All You Fitness Equipment may have met my expectations, but I was truly blown away by the care and attention given by the person who came out to inspect the machine (Jorge). He was able to figure out the problem, and also replaced some parts to ensure that it wouldn't happen again. Another great point for All You Fitness is their free delivery. If I ended up buying a used machine from a person on that other website, I had originally planned to rent a pick up truck and move it myself. However after seeing the actual machine in person, I'm very glad that I didn't. I didn't think about it when I see these machines at the gym but really, these machines are ginormous and also weigh a ton (about 318 pounds for my model). Even though it does have wheels to help with moving, there would have been plenty of times that I would need to lift the machine. My back and knees are glad that I didn't try. Thanks, All You Fitness, for making my elliptical purchase stress-free and pain-free!

Having had previously good experiences, I was willing to do that for him to secure the order for me. Shortly there after, He stopped responding to my messages and texts and it took me almost a month to get a hold of him. He was very angry when I finally did claiming that I was inundating him with messages and calls while he was in Mexico and basically read me the riot act on the phone even though I explained to him that I was concerned that he had a deposit from a client from me for a piece of equipment and I had not heard back from him. He asked me if I wanted to cancel the order and get a refund of my deposit and I said yes I would like to do that. He then asked if he could deposit the money directly into my bank account but unfortunately there are no branches of my bank in the area that he does business in. I asked him to simply pay an invoice to me that I sent him via Square. It has been over a year and a half and I have never received any payment. Like the other gentleman stated, he never responds to text messages or answers the phone. I would strongly discourage anyone from doing Business with this gentleman under any circumstances. If you do, only pay him upon arrival or delivery of the equipment. My better judgment told me not to pay anything in advance but as I stated given to prior transactions with no problem I thought it was a safe thing to do. My mistake.
