He assured me that he would give me the best price for additional equipment to stay within my budget to create a great experience for Howard Prep. She is always fixing things and talking with members. When I signed up, she thanked me for signing up and asked me to let her know if I needed anything! I know this shouldn't be something to write home about, but the type of customer care she displays with the members of this club is not something you encounter often. I can't recommend anyone pay 50 dollar for this gym. There are cheaper better options nearby. Pros: Nice staff, location, essential equipment, generally clean equipment, low volume except 4-7pm, open a wide range of hours, nice people Cons: Roofing leaks(for years), suspected mold in insulation from these leaks, no ceiling fan in bathroom works(imagine number 2 in an enclosed window less room, it smells entire gym), warm hot temperature, mobile app requires Apple store, android user must sign in by telling staff phone number (it gets old quick). I never bothered with the amenities they offered. From what others said again just average. Hope this helps all who are deciding.
