Jacob came around to meet us at the door and welcomed us to the store and offered to help us. It was really nice! He listened and answered all my questions, and showed me what to look out for when my son tried on the helmet and pads. He made the visit fun for my son, referring to Minecraft and offering shoulder pads that had "real gold" on it and said it was $1mil. Lol. My son got a kick out of that. Jacob got us squared away with padded pants and a practice jersey. They didn't have my son's correct helmet size and color in stock, so Jacob made sure to take my number down so they can call me when it comes in. Which brings me to the next awesome associate who helped us-- Cooper! Cooper called me and recommended I come down to have him try on the helmet since they just got a shipment in, and it was still a small quantity. I always see her and Fransico cleaning different areas of the gym. The weight section is good enough. Heavier dumbbells would be cool, and a squat rack would be awesome. Some of the people there suck cause they leave their weights everything and don't re-rack them (booo).
