From clothing and footwear to furniture and kitchen gadgets, I like to browse and find great deals. This location of Ross was different because only a few customers were let in at a time. The security guard gave each bunch of people a little speech about how Customer Safety is Number One. It was an interesting greeting. I was looking for Dodgers t-shirts, but couldn't find any sports team's gear. I looked at the long line to pay and gave up. Saturday shopping is crowded!

The long lines, and employee general dislike for their jobs adds to the lack of enthusiasm when I go to this location. You won't see alot of the employees in a rush to service you because there is always 100 customers behind you wanting something, and I am sympathetic to that. I give two stars because it has what I need, and sometimes I will interact with a helpful employee. Overall, this is the most populated location, so get in and out as quickly as possible.
