Terrible service all around. Never shopping with Boot Barn ever again and will recommend others to follow suit. This includes locations owned by Boot Barn such as this American Worker. I received the incorrect item for an order I placed. It happens sometimes, so I attempted to process this through the website. The website stated the return would cost a $10 fee despite filling the reason for return dropdown as incorrect item. I thought that was ridiculous. Why would they charge me because they sent the wrong item? I then contacted Boot Barn through the customer service number provided. The woman on the phone was unhelpful and dismissive of my issue. She stated that I should just process the return through the website and when printing the label indicate the fee is waived. I wanted concrete evidence that this was the case to ensure I was compensated properly in the event that something else occurred. Next, I decided I'd contact customer service through email. I asked about the fee and inquired whether I could just process an exchange to get the item I actually ordered. They responded that the return would cost $10 and did not acknowledge that I was just trying to get the item I ordered. I replied that my concerns were not addressed and they corrected the previous message that the return would not cost me the return fee. I eventually had a woman process an exchange; my actual item was out for delivery and I had a label to ship the incorrect item with assurance I wouldn't be charged. My item had finally arrived and... it's the wrong item again. It was the same wrong item, must be an issue at warehousing. I decided I'd just go to a location here in town, this American Worker, and return both of the items in person to ensure nothing else happened. When I got to the location, I stood up at the front for 45 minutes as employees ignored me. I spoke to someone and continued waiting an additional 10 minutes. When they arrived, I gave them the order information and products and they assured me the full cost would be refunded. The associate quickly left after the return and proceeded to hang out in the back (I saw them sitting on chairs while telling stories and laughing). I already picked some small items to purchase before processing the return. I stood there waiting again for another 30 minutes while two employees looked at me and again avoided addressing me. I left the items and left the store. Upon receiving the refund, I noticed it wasn't the full amount. It was about $12 short. Must account for taxes and shipping. I then contacted customer service through email again. I was again assured the additional fees would be returned and... I never did get refunded the additional amount which included taxes as well as about $6 of shipping which is "typically non-refundable" (why should I pay shipping for something that never shipped?). I paid $12 for a nightmare of terrible services. They stole my money and provided me absolutely nothing. What a joke!

There were plenty of pieces around $200 or under, and you could easily put together a sharp, put-together outfit in the $400 to $600 range without feeling like you just got financially wrecked. It's elevated, yes, and absolutely works for high rollers, but for some it's actually well within reach if you want elevated, very cool men's clothing without going overboard. The vibe is what really sells it. It feels like a private men's lounge with a TV where you can sit, relax, and not feel rushed, and they offer tailoring on the spot so you can alter a piece right then and there without having to come back. This is a true one stop shop for men who hate shopping, everything handled in one place, quickly and efficiently, especially being right in the middle of the Cosmopolitan where you can grab a full outfit and head straight out for the night. Guys know how much they hate shopping, and this makes it a whole lot easier.

It made me want to come back because of their customer service. So yeah, I'll give them five stars just based on their customer service alone. I will be back to buy Definitely a great place to go for men's clothing. Lots of fashionable items polos jackets sunglasses

Clean. Busy. Dangerous for the wallet. This is the kind of place where you walk in saying, "I'm…read morejust going to browse," and thirty minutes later you are carrying bags like you just got sponsored by capitalism. The sales were strong too. Real deals. Not the fake discount gymnastics where the original price looks like it was invented by someone with a gambling problem. The stores were good across the board. Easy to shop. Good selection. Plenty of options. Shoes. Clothes. Accessories. All the usual suspects ready to ruin your budget politely. Every store had something worth looking at, which is exactly how they get you. You think you are disciplined until you see a sale rack whispering your name like a Vegas slot machine. It was definitely busy. People everywhere. Bags swinging. Families negotiating. Someone's dad standing outside a store looking like he lost the will to continue. Classic outlet behavior. But even with the crowd, the place still worked. It did not feel dirty or chaotic. Just active. Like everyone collectively agreed to make poor financial decisions before lunch. The property was clean and well maintained. Walkways were nice. Stores felt organized. Nothing felt run down. That matters because once you are walking around in Vegas heat, you need the place to at least look like it respects your suffering. Service depended on the store, but overall it was solid. Staff kept things moving. Checkout lines were manageable. Nobody had to act brand new over a coupon code. Las Vegas North Premium Outlets is worth the stop. Great sales. Good stores. Clean space.
