This place has really gone downhill, a lot of the boots have defects, from Mexico, horrible quality.

What a wonderful visit to the boot factory outlet. I was in need of some new riding boots and of course, wanted to have the best selections available. This location is full of beautifully crafted boots of all styles, colors, finishing touches & designs. I found a pair that I really loved and when I tell you the staff went the extra mile, they certainly did. They had a buy 1, get 2 free sale going on. I don't have the time to grab two more pair so I was completely ok with just getting the 1pair. The cost was $329 and when I went to the cashier, she was so sweet & actually applied a huge discount so I didn't have to pay full price. I ended up paying about $130 for a sweet pair of boots. The customer service was fabulous, they take the time to help you figure out what you lean toward and make your experience shopping there a true joy. I'll certainly be back for more when I visit again! read more

Stop by to get some new work boots. I love the selection of not just the brands but also the sizes and the price of buying one and getting two free with an option of getting a discounted fourth pair. I enjoy how they don't have all the boxes sitting around where you're tripping over them And trying to find the mismatched shoes. Maria and the other staff prompted me to greet me as I walked into the store, and they worked with me to define the right size and style I needed to fit my feet. I was reluctant to try the shoes on. Still, Maria and the staff were accommodating, kind, and very persuasive in getting me to try on multiple different pairs of boots to ensure that they fit my feet correctly and that they weren't too big and fit my adaptive equipment. The team here at this location is always professional and courteous; there is excellent conversation in the store, and it is clean and well-kept. read more

I stopped by looking to buy one pair of nice boots. I was greeted as soon as I walked in and was immediately helped by Alex. He helped me find not only one pair of boots, but I ended up purchasing 4 pairs of boots and a hat. The boots ended up getting I absolutely love and my sister wanted a pair so it all worked out. I could take all my boots with me do I'm having them shipped for a small fee. The next time I come to Las Vegas I'll definitely be coming back to purchase more boots. Thank you again, Alex for helping decide on some fabulous boots!! :) read more

Visited on Saturday, Oct 4 around 1-1:30 PM. While pulling a pair of boots to try on, an older blonde woman at the entrance (the greeter) came over, snatched the box from me, and scolded us like children. We were never told this wasn't allowed, and her rude, unprofessional behavior completely ruined the experience. We chose not to buy the boots and won't be returning or recommending this store. read more

I stopped in the boot outlet as I am in for NFR , I was helped by this wonderful woman named Katie, who saw I had a calgary flames shirt on , and we had a solid talk about Hockey , I also bought 4 pair of boots as she can talk her way into selling me a hug for Pete sake. Thank you Katie and thank you boot factory outlet. read more

I needed to find boots for my daughter's courtship. I needed 4 pairs of boots for their dances, and also a good deal for decent ones. I searched online, in stores, asked the tux rental places, and no one had a great deal, or a discount that I'd be able to take advantage of, or save me money honestly! Boots are expensive, and I never really thought about it until I needed 5 of them. My sister, who works inside the South Outlets, and said to try Boot Factory Outlet. She mentioned that they had a sale that if you buy 1 pair of boots you get 2 free. I thought it was too good to be true, because I didn't understand why'd they'd give you 2 free pairs if you bought one.. So my husband called the store, and asked if they did have the sale, and they replied yes. We asked for how long, and they said this is an ongoing sale that has no end date yet. Excitedly, and nervously, we made some time to go to the store, to checkout the variety. Well, we ended up getting the boots we needed! The staff greeted us right away, and they were so kind and patient with all of the questions I had about the boots! They walked us through how they should fit, have their signs around the store about their sale, and also have a decent variety of boots. We're not people who have boots, so we didn't mind the selection and brands they had, and also didn't mind having to pay for 1 of them, and the fourth one 1/3 of the price. The supervisor also advised we have 90 days for an exchange as long as they are unworn and with the receipt, which works in my favor since 2 of the courtship members are from out of town! It saved me a lot of money, saved me back and forth with online shopping, and also saved me some stress of a quinceanera planning and detailing! If you need a pair of boots for any occasion, need a couple of pairs for events like I did, or just want to check out boots for some new styles, I would begin your journey here. You'll be guided every step of the way, save cash, and also be able to see a new style that might become your new favorite! read more

My favorite place to buy boots. First off, the prices more than fair (buy 1 ($350 ish) and get 2 FREE) this means boots even out to about $150 each! Additionally, my favorite employee there KATIE has always helped me find a pair that work for me. I have wide calves and have struggles finding some that fit up my darn fat calves. But we went last week and I almost had a breakdown (ugly crying session) and she was right there to encourage me and help me find a pair that worked. We drive from California specifically for this place. 10/10 recommend. read more

I went in today (04/22/2025) to buy a pair of boots with a gift card i received for my birthday. I walked around the entire store looking for a pair of boots that fit my calves. I am athletic (also short) so I got thicker calves and need wide calf fit. Well after looking around the ENTIRE STORE (even in the men's section) I could only find a single pair that had the elastic band for wide calves. They were this god awful teal with hot pink down the side of the boot and the sole. After about half and hour I was tired of looking around the entire store and went to the front where an employee was standing to ask what she would suggest or if there was a pair in the back or hiding that I didn't know about. She scoffed and said," short boots. i don't know what else to tell you. They don't make wide calf boots." I was taken aback by how she responded and told her that I didn't really like the style of short boot and that they did make them they just add elastic to them when they make them. I mentioned how I had a $300 gift card and didn't really know what to do with it since none of the boots they had fit. She went and got her manager, who before I could even get a word out, came at me extremely defensive and aggressive. I asked her nicely, if it was possible to get a refund for the gift cards since I had the receipt, which she again very aggressively told me, that it wasn't possible and that she couldn't 'magically' make her system do that. I told her I knew it wasn't her fault that she couldn't do that but if there was any other option since I couldn't find anything. She told me," you could just sell the gift cards online to someone who actually wants them." I started growing increasingly frustrated with her attitude and I told her that I wanted boots it just doesn't seem very inclusive to people with wider calves that they don't have anything for them. She then and I quote told me," how do you think the men who wear size 6's feel or me who wears a size 12 in women's feel. We only get an aisle or two to choose from." I don't know how or why she started victimizing herself in this situation when in all reality I was just asking her what I should do since they had none in stock and that she apparently could only order things online if they were in stock in the store. How this "manager" handled the situation was absolutely ridiculous and beyond me. She was incredibly aggressive the entire time and now I don't know what to do with the money on these gift cards. I have reached out to corporate to see if I could possibly get a refund but how she treated not only me but my husband was ridiculous. She talked to us like we were idiots and that is unacceptable. Take the extra money you have and spend it at boot barn across the street for half the price and a better shopping experience. read more

When we saw the deal by one pair of boots and get two free I just thought I had to check it out because it was too good to be true. It's definitely true! We walked out with three pairs of boots. They have a huge selection and sizes all the way up to 16 wide for men which is really good because my husband usually has problems finding shoes that fit comfortably. definitely worth a visit if you're at all interested in boots. Also really helpful people working there! read more

Love this place! The boots are so cute. There is a wonderful selection from kids to adults. Everyone who works there is eager to help you and they do a great job handling all the people who come in. They where so patient as my husband tried on a bunch of work boots and teamed up to search for options. My boots are adorable and really comfortable. Listen, you can't beat the price. We paid like 250 for 3 pairs of boots and the most expensive was his work boots with the steel toe. You pay for the higher price boot and the other 2 are free. My only complaint is there is no internet in there... I had to go outside just to text my daughter and get my grandsons shoe size. read more

We are visiting Vegas this weekend for a football game but got this place recommended from a friend to visit. I have been struggling for about two years trying to find a place that has a wide selection of boots that fit a man like myself, I had big calf muscles in both legs so Boot Barn and other main brand stores aren't too helpful for me along that route. I was happy to receive AMAZING customer service from Edwin! He literally went above and beyond to help me and my lady our correct sizes and tried on multiple different sizes in the same design to help us select our purchase. I kid you not, this man revitalized my feelings for how great employees can be in helping those customers in dire need of finding what they need. Next time I come back to Vegas, I for sure will be visiting Boot Factory Outlet and getting more boots! Thanks Edwin for a great experience! We were both very impressed throughout our visit! read more

This is a brand new location, I went in to check it out and had a wide variety of cowboy boots and work boots. I was really impressed with the staff's knowledge about their product and their attentiveness by greeting me as soon as I got in the store and telling me about their products. Their promotion sells itself and I think this is going to be a big success as a store read more

Nice place. Buy one pair of boots at full price and get 2 pairs free. Service was pretty good as I felt the sales staff were hustling to get what you looking for. Selections are limited though, but this is literally an outlet store located in an outlet mall, so that should be expected. For those of you who say you can get a better deal online.... My answer is maybe so, but can you try it on first to really feel how your feet fit prior to purchasing???? read more

I died and went to heaven. As though it felt like that! Buy 1 get 2 for free! Unreal! It was such a great deal I bought another pair! The best part was Taynee (spelling) So helpful, caring and kind! I wear a size 6 1/2 and each style fit different. But she was there to help me! Really cared about my happiness and purchase. I have never had a Supervisor care so much before. And I shop a lot! When we come back to Vegas. I will definitely come in to say hi! read more

I've wanted a pair of boots for many years but never made the effort to get some. Soon we'll be having a western themed wedding in the family and my opportunity finally came. We have been researching online and I became discouraged that I'd have to spend $700+ on my family of 3. During a recent Vegas trip, my cousin saw the billboard and we all went in to check it out. Between all of us, we scored 10 pairs of boots! This sale is insane and the boot quality is superb. I was so happy that we found this gem, that I went back 2 weeks later and when my sis grabbed some boots I jumped in on her deal. read more

Boots are marked up triple the price that's how they can afford to give you buy 1 get two free. Staff is nice though.

The buy one and get 2 free is a great deal but the sales person was a bit overbearing and hovered the whole time. It's not easy picking out $400 boots much less being pushed to make a decision. I am happy with the ones I chose and would return for the deal but not for the service. read more

ehh. i love the buy one pair get 2 free thing. but all of their boots were just brown and plain. a bunch of families were all over the place. there was no help. my opinion is if u want prettier boots go to bootbarn. i dont wanna pay $200 for plain brown boots read more

So when you come here it looks like a great boot store buy one pair for 300 get two pairs for free so basically $100 a pair which is about the quality you'll get that I was OK with. Not a bad boot for the price, but do not wear them out. They will not exchange them if they don't fit right or hurt your feet, which is not disclosed when you leave, but it is on the receipt. That was not my problem with the store at all and I would go back if it wasn't for the manager who aggressively snapped at me about trying to bring a pair of boots back. I did not read the receipt and yes I should've but there's a way of handling customer service and this manager was about as far from service as you can possibly get for dropping three to $400 very aggressively almost yelling at me and my wife for trying to return a boot that I wore to the parking lot. The tags were still on it so obviously I did not wear them. I didn't want money back I just wanted an exchange. It was a very terrible experience trying to return something almost embarrassing. If she would've explained in a polite manner, I would've had no problem because I did not read the receipt as stated, but as a manager, you should be kind when explaining something to somebody not snap at them. If there's a second location I will go there, but I will never go back and buy anything from this location so buyers beware. Make sure you double check to make sure your boots are perfect, or do not wear them out because they will not exchange them. The best part is the bottom of the boot was tore up in the parking lot buyer beware of the store manager. The rest of the employees were super nice and understanding. read more

If it says open and that it opens at 9:00am maybe it should happen. I called and the guy said the mall opens at 11:00 so they do as well. We were Not on a shopping spree-we were only walking the mall after a big dinner at Outback, when we saw the "sale" get two free for one full price- So we went in... I was looking around and EDWIN approached me. This young man pinned my tastes to a tee! I was wearing a tshirt that had sequins and he could tell I liked classic, tasteful, comfortable boots. He picked out 3 pairs for me to try on and all fit beautifully... then I really wanted something that was red white and blue= one sales lady who was so nice showed me what she had bought and loved- BUT EDWIN showed me something more "my style" and I ended up buying not 1 not 2 but FOUR pairs of boots! What a DEAL... Great fit- Gorgeous and Stylish plus Affordable!!!!!! Thanks EDWIN for making my experience FUN and Enjoyable! If anyone goes there- ask for HIM- he was freaking amazing! read more

My wife & I both needed A new pair of boots and she had heard a radio commercial for this place. We ride motorcycles and need sturdy footwear. The concept is simple: select 3 pairs of boots & only pay for the highest priced pair! We were cheerfully greeted upon entry and were directed to where our sizes could be found. The store is almost claustrophobicly packed with boots; work boots, hiking boots, cowboy boots, dress boots, motorcycle boots- all neatly organized by size, including wide sizes to fit my Barney Rubble feet. Their sales associate Edwin was very helpful in finding various pairs and checking for sizes in styles we liked. He was instrumental in getting us set up with the 7 pairs we ultimately purchased, including ordering a pair for my wife from another store to be shipped to the house at no additional charge. Neither my wife nor I enjoy shoe shopping, however, Edwin and the rest of the staff made our experience a very pleasant one. read more

Fuck this place. Bought some boots on the buy one get two free. Only wore them in the store to try them on. Brought them back the next morning (had them for less than 24 hours) and they wouldn't return them because they were "worn". Their return policy is complete bullshit considering the pair I got my wife she didn't even try on and are in the same exact condition, one tiny scuff on the bottom of the boot from other people trying them on. My pair had a scuff from walking in them less than two minutes. literally from my truck to the front door of my house...I guess that's how they get your money prescuffed souls and a lousy return policy. Way to go you definitely fucked me over. good one!! read more
