The prices are a lot cheaper than buying online or at regular stores. I've had issues with QA failing buying online so it's nice to try on in person if anything seems questionable. Staff is friendly also. Selection is ok especially for men. I'd highly recommend. read more

I didn't know about Dickies Retail until early last year when my brother got hired. At first I didn't really like the clothes (it was just not my style), then I started coming in the store more often with my family and noticed a couple of pieces that I thought was made with great material and would look great with my fashion sense! I eventually fell in love with the store and its products. Every associate and manager will do their best to find you the exact product. They have never let me down. Side note: call ahead of time before coming in the store to ask for store hours and if what you're looking for is in store. They'll be able to help out with that! You're also able to hold items for a day (24 hours). read more

I tried. 3 different pairs of pant styles in 4 different colors, but nothing fit right. I guess with my lack of ass and thighs, I wouldn't look like the mannequins. I own a bunch of Dickies pants for mechanical work, (baggy)but am now looking for some good fitted pants for work, and just couldn't find something to fit my skinny butt. They have one of the best long jevity materials for durability and this is why I came in. I have pants from them that last me years, which made me sad I couldn't find something to fit me proper. Do not get me wrong, I had 2 associates doing their best to match me up with super customer service, but no bueno. This review is for the awesome customer service I received from the associates there and all the different attempts to try and get me what I need. Options to order online and have it shipped, even adding discounts for my happiness, brought back my faith in "In store shopping" seeing as I shop online plenty. We came in about 20 mins before closing so we tried to get what we needed and go. Unfortunately, we when we found what we were looking for, we needed some assistance. The female associate informed us that was all they had and left us. We didn't want to bother her any further since she looked irritated. After going back and forth to the fitting room, we finally found what we needed. As we made our way to the register, I noticed something my husband really needed so I called him over. The female associate informed me that they already closed the grills and that they wouldn't be able to let him in despite the fact the shoes were for him and would cost us over $100. I decided to just purchase the shoes and return if it didn't fit. As I paid the male associate, I noticed Gabriel (his name was on the receipt) rung up an item I didn't intend on purchasing. When I informed him, both associates gave each other "the look". After my transaction was finished, Gabriel told us to walk towards the grill and that he would be there to open it. We felt so unwelcome. The two associates kept sighing and rolling their eyes. I'm in Retail too and this would have been a smoother transaction if 1) they paid attention to the customer's needs 2) listened to what the customer was communicating to them. My family and I didn't want to stay there as long as we did, but we needed those items. Luckily we passed by another store SHOE PALACE who still had their doors open, music blasting and staff welcoming customers walking by for a last minute purchase! Dickies, you can learn from this store. We spent a whole lot more at Shoe Palace and we will surely return. But to Dickies? Not never again. read more

First time here and there was so many good deals. Not sure if it's a regular thing or not. First thing I did upon walking in is of course check into Yelp. We got 20% off just for checking it!! The husband found some nice work shorts and we went to check out. We showed our coupon but the cashier was unsure about it and asked another cashier for help. She stated it could only be used online and walked away. When she came back I asked her how to use it online since there was no coupon code I could enter she kept saying she didn't know until finally she decided to ask a manager. The rest of the time our cashier (Gabe) was very understanding of the situation. We in know means made a scene as I was just asking for clarification and Gabe handled the situation perfectly! The other cashier came out about 3 mins later and informed us that no one told her of these types of discounts so she thought it didn't apply to their store; nonetheless we still got our Yelp discount (saved ourselves roughly $15) and still left as happy customers. read more

So the girl Carolina who helped us was very polite, she was the best part of stopping by the store over the weekend. It's an extra task to have to keep the store clean during COVID and I was surprised entirely to even find a fitting room open. It's gotta be crazy time working retail with the protocols a she had to disinfect the rooms every single time after each use. So the line was rather long since it's only 1 fitting room open per single person a time. She had a great attitude about her and even when I had a return she was so lovely with both my friend and I while shopping. She was attentive and efficient. read more

Just left Dickies now, and realized that when I checked out at the register, it was actually six minutes past closing time. I would hate it if a customer did that, and didn't realize I had done it, but also never felt that I was pressured to leave by the helpful guys working there. I hate to shop, and I hate trying things on, but I needed some work pants that looked like slacks, but could handle some abuse. Dickies, of course, is the answer. I spent probably 30 minutes looking at, and trying on, different pairs of pants before choosing what I wanted. Clinton was there with me the entire time bringing me what I needed, and answering all my questions. Sizing is different than the shorts that I'm used to, and between the two different styles I purchased, there was a gap in sizing as well. Clinton knew all about the products, and explained them to me very well. He even knew exactly what sizes and styles I was looking for. I would have never myself grabbed a slim fit, but that ended up being one of the styles that I purchased. All of this is thanks to him. I was dreading pant shopping, but Clinton made it easy. Excellent customer service. I purchased 2 pairs of pants on Sunday and when I got home tried them on and it was not the right size. The manager today got the right size for me and they thanked me for purchasing their products. The shirts are great quality and I enjoy the pants. Again great customer service from the Manager and associate this morning. This is what Las Vegas is all about the Hospitality. I recommend Dickies at the South Outlet mall. They have great prices and again always fantastic service. read more

We love coming to this OUTLET store the only one that is west of the Texas Dickies outlet. YOU WILL NOT find deals like this store has anywhere, that sells authentic Dickies clothing. They have smoking deals every time we come in. So don't come in close to closing time because your purchases won't be "real" quick. You need to take some time to figure out what you need. We always find deals in the clearance section and the staff is super helpful with deals and how to make it work for what you need and your budget. Because this is the only Dickies outlet on this side of the country it's worth it to come here while you are in Vegas. The Dickies from Walmart don't compare to these. Check the belt loops the thick ones are authentic Dickies the one with the thinner belt loops well their from Walmart and don't last you as long. But your gonna pay about the same price. Have I said how much we love this place and highly recommend it. Also so there is no questions their customer service is outstanding I have never come here and not been greeted and ask if I needed help or have been told of what deals where happening. Matter of fact I just got off the phone with them about an exchange and again they were beyond helpful. So five stars on the dickies outlet at the southern part of Las Vegas Blvd. The next authentic dickies outlet that you will see in the United States driving towards the east would be in Texas. So we are more than blessed to have this outlet here in the Las Vegas area. read more

Went in to exchange pants for my son that I bought online. Explained that I needed skinny fit instead. I was helped by Alicia, Tania, and Connie. They went and got the correct pants and they cost a little more then what I paid. As they processed my credit and rang up the new purchase, I was then asked if my son used them for work and I said yes. I was then told that I would get an additional 20% off. Ended up only paying a few $$. Awesome customer service and I will be back!! read more
