Yah not my type of establishment. Drinks were ok. Bartender was rude and very short and slow to service me.

Be prepared to EAT because the portions don't disappoint. Plus everything is super tasty! There's definitely something on the menu for everyone. A few of my favorites are the Spicy Edamame, the Salt & Pepper (S&P) Combo, the Popcorn Chicken, the Pepper Steak Pasta & the Ramen (the charsiu was soo good)! The bar here also makes the best cocktails and has a great selection of liquor. There's usually nothing open late these days but Cloud is actually open to midnight/1AM Mon-Sun. It's the perfect spot to start or end the night with friends! It can get quite busy at the bar or in the dining area but the staff are really accommodating and friendly. The interior is vibey and casual. Check them out if you haven't already!

What!? $25 charge per person for a late cancellation? I wasn't planning on no-showing, but I'm also not willing to put my credit card down to commit for a group. Cloud Asian Fusion is in the corner of the plaza that houses China Pearl and Kam Man, to the right of Kam Man. It is a long narrow type space. Rather industrial, and concrete. I arrived first and scored the last table in the room with the bar, only to later discover that there were a few tables in the room in the back to the right. My DCs were running late, so I gave our waiter a head's up. He never made me feel bad for taking up the space. And it helped that there was never a queue waiting to be seated that Sunday night. We each ordered our own meal while sharing bites. While there are a few entrees at Cloud Asian Fusion that include both protein and vegetable, such as the Braised White Fish $22 (assorted mushrooms, fried tofu) one DC ordered, mine (Siam Crab Curry $22 - lump crab, spicy red curry, basil, bean sprouts, Thai Chili, thin rice noodles) and my other DC's (Mapo Katsu $16 (chicken katsu, mapo sauce, short grain white rice, furikake) came without (I don't count the small stash of raw bean sprouts on my plate), so I added the blistered green beans $16. Our server was pleasant and told me that they could make anything less mild. Even so, the slow burn from the milder Siam Crab Curry was a bit more than I would have liked. He checked up on me and offered to have the chef prepare a fresh batch with a milder curry powder instead, so I could better enjoy my meal. The original orange yellow of my crab curry bowl was turned a green yellow in its replacement. But it was still tasty, and still generous with lump crab meat. This was a good pick! The green bean vegetable dish was quite good too. I was happy with my meal. I sampled the other two dishes and found the regular mapo sauce recipe too spicy for my taste. The fish dish was tasty, but we found nothing especially fusion about it. 3 stars all around experience, but 4 stars for my own meal.

The outside of the restaurant-turned-club does look like its dive bar predecessor, but the inside is dark, classy, and cozy - with a good dose of flashy lights and bling after dark. Since it was a special event as part of the "dbarLIVE" series, we had to make reservations a few weeks in advance on Open Table -- no cover or minimum for the reservation. We had a table of 6 that eventually crammed 8 together in a booth right next to the stage and bar areas. I worried we'd be blasted by the speakers and lights, but the acoustics were robust but well balanced. Our server was great and had good recommendations for drinks and food. Both menus have a ton of options without being too overwhelming. I was especially impressed by how the staff expertly wove in and out of the tables and remained attentive during the performances. I am a slow drinker so I just got The Saint, which I would definitely recommend even though I don't usually get whiskey-based cocktails. (The Tall Man, who does love whiskey, also enjoyed it.) I had already eaten dinner, so I shared the Vietnamese fries and tuna ceviche with a friend. The fries did not quite hit home for me. I enjoy all of those flavors individually, but it ended up being too heavy with the sauces, and the fries got soggy in a way that wasn't that pleasant. (I do like poutine, so go figure.) I really enjoyed the freshness, flavors, and texture combinations of the ceviche, though. The winner of the night was the lemon tart by far -- smoky torched gooey meringue on a perfectly tart lemon filling and biscuit base. Definitely full of gluten and dairy but very worth the indulgence! I'd love to come back for a regular dinner here and would definitely return for a special event too. Parking in the lot is limited, but there's a good amount of street parking.

I even recommended the owner for an award from the city that they won. I truly believed in this place. But over the years I have been noticing changes. I did not write about them because I understand running a restaurant is hard. But today was the last straw. I placed an order with uber eats. The courier was nice enough to text me and say they sold out of my meal. Allegedly the restaurant tried to contact me. When I called them directly they told me I needed to cancel because uber is a third party. This is why I am upset. I have been using uber for years. Different states and different countries. People have always been able to get a hold of me. Most of the time the receipt comes printed with your number. Second, they could of canceled the order and spare both my time and the courier time. The person was on a bike! My time was wasted because I had to go through prompts to get a person. But uber told me via bot that the restaurant needs to cancel otherwise, I would only receive a partial refund. I don't mind they ran out. I mind my time and the couriers were wasted because they didnt want to do the work to cancel. Now I feel embarrassed for supporting because they don't care.

I felt the street corn was overpriced, $12 for essentially one ear of corn cut into three pieces. We were there on a Monday before 6p so was not bust nor was the music too loud. I had no issue with the 20% gratuity (our service was good) but they have the nerve to still have a line for additional tip on the receipt (I normally tip 15-20%). I would return.

Even on Red Sox game days, it doesn't get overly crowded, which is a plus. That said, they're quite strict about checking IDs, so be sure to have yours ready. The drinks are okay, but you're better off sticking with draft beers, canned options, or soju. While they do offer a full bar, mixed drinks don't seem to be their strong suit. As for the food, it's good but not exceptional. The bulgogi stood out, served with onions and green onions alongside a portion of rice. The corn cheese was also enjoyable--salty, satisfying, and paired with a generous serving of chips. Service, however, leaves room for improvement. When we asked to move from the bar to the bar tables due to a leak above us, we were required to close out our tab first and didn't get waited for a while which felt inconvenient given the situation. Overall, it's a solid Korean spot in Fenway with a fun vibe, decent food, and a few service hiccups.
