Excellent service, great work, and a truly caring owner!
I recently purchased a new car, and everything was perfect--until we drove out of the dealership. Without asking, the dealership sprayed air freshener inside the car. The smell was extremely strong and unbearable for me and unexpectedly triggered my mild asthma, which had been well controlled for so long that I had almost forgotten about it.
The dealership was wonderful and made things right by paying for professional treatment to remove the chemical. After doing extensive research, I specifically wanted to avoid ozone treatment because I learned it could aggravate my asthma. That's how I found Biff's Automotive Detailing.
Matt, the owner, was fantastic. He didn't simply try to mask the smell. He physically removed the chemical residue from the surfaces, treated the interior with an enzyme cleaner, shampooed the fabric, and then used BioFresh Interior Treatment. He even changed the A/C air filter for me.
The result was excellent. About 90% of the odor is gone. I want to emphasize that the remaining odor is not because Matt didn't do enough. The original air freshener had infiltrated the A/C system, which is not something he can fully remove through interior detailing. He did everything he could, including replacing the air filter, and the remaining odor should continue to fade with time.
Most importantly, I can now drive my car without having breathing issues. For me, that is the most important result.
I really appreciate Matt's professionalism, knowledge, patience, and genuine effort to help. He went above and beyond to get the interior as clean and comfortable as possible.
