It seems like the other bad reviews were accurate in that they will ghost you, but I guess it depends on your luck - if you're one of the lucky ones that they'll show up to do a great job for as the other great reviews stated. This is certainly not the right way to do business. The only good thing is that you don't have to pay ahead of time in situations like this. Don't waste your time with this company as I did.

And he didn't just say sorry and hang up. When I tell you he apologized it's because he sincerely took accountability and I could hear it in his voice that it was truly a heartfelt apology. And what I didn't expect is that he offered to make things right, in fact he asked if I would give him and his business a second chance, which you rarely hear from small business owners especially after receiving a customer complaint. I accepted and we made another appointment. Zach is a wonderful person, he did a great job on the wash and gave me advice on how to care for my car. Extremely satisfied with the customer service and his work, would definitely recommend!

As someone who is equal parts busy and lazy I figured I'd just take my new car to an automated car…read morewash to make my life easier. Little did I know how much damage that would cause to my brand new paint job. It seemed that every little thing would mark it up and just tarnish what was once a beautiful finish. I had heard about PPF and ceramic coatings, but they just seemed too expensive. Well, in hindsight, I made a bad call. When I traded in that car for a new one, the first thing I did was call East Valley Detail to get a ceramic coating. The result is outstanding. But even more so, they took the time to get everything perfect. I figured that a brand new car would be a quick job for them, but they were meticulous in their work. It was a real delight to see the care and pride they took in their work. These are guys who love cars and love to make them look beautiful. The pictures I'm attaching weren't taken directly after the coating. The real test for me was after my first hand wash. If a busy-lazy person like me, who hasn't hand washed a car in 20 years can make a car look this good, I think that speaks even more to the quality that they did. And you know what, it actually took me less time to wash my car that an automated paint destroyer, if you count drive time. Yes a ceramic coating is pricey, but hot damn, is it ever worth it.

Excellent service, great work, and a truly caring owner!…read more I recently purchased a new car, and everything was perfect--until we drove out of the dealership. Without asking, the dealership sprayed air freshener inside the car. The smell was extremely strong and unbearable for me and unexpectedly triggered my mild asthma, which had been well controlled for so long that I had almost forgotten about it. The dealership was wonderful and made things right by paying for professional treatment to remove the chemical. After doing extensive research, I specifically wanted to avoid ozone treatment because I learned it could aggravate my asthma. That's how I found Biff's Automotive Detailing. Matt, the owner, was fantastic. He didn't simply try to mask the smell. He physically removed the chemical residue from the surfaces, treated the interior with an enzyme cleaner, shampooed the fabric, and then used BioFresh Interior Treatment. He even changed the A/C air filter for me. The result was excellent. About 90% of the odor is gone. I want to emphasize that the remaining odor is not because Matt didn't do enough. The original air freshener had infiltrated the A/C system, which is not something he can fully remove through interior detailing. He did everything he could, including replacing the air filter, and the remaining odor should continue to fade with time. Most importantly, I can now drive my car without having breathing issues. For me, that is the most important result. I really appreciate Matt's professionalism, knowledge, patience, and genuine effort to help. He went above and beyond to get the interior as clean and comfortable as possible. If you have an odor problem and want someone who will actually address the source rather than simply cover it up, I highly recommend Biff's Automotive Detailing.
