We had previously worked with two other local companies, and their work was good-great, but their prices were quoted 2-4k higher than Mike's at Complete Tree Service in Burlington. A lineman had recommended this company, as well as another friend. In addition to the more reasonable price, while all 3 of my top choices said they'll leave the yard better than they found it, Mike far exceeded my expectations. The way he and his crew cleared roots, then raked and leveled after the grinding was even better than the previous two. This job was much larger than our previous trimmings and removal of one tree, and the care they took was extra impressive. They even moved an older stump and slab "table" from a random spot to a useful place closer to the fire pit.

We have had issues over the years when the line was broke due to many different factors (none that were the fault of the fence) and Pete immediately fixed it. We recently misplaced a collar and Pete not only came and walked our large lot to try to locate it, but provided one to use until it was found. I recommend this company to anyone who is looking for an invisible fence. They are beyond fantastic in their service and commitment to both dogs and their humans.

My wife went to the MFG and was told that they would not sell to the public, only distributors. This was the second place she had been to and given the runaround with, diving all over Milwaukee. I called Burlington Lumber and Chris immediately swung into action. He called them, placed a P.O. so my wife could pick it up on the spot. Now THAT'S GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! Thanks Burlington Lumber and THANKS Chris for helping us with a happy ending to a frustrating situation!

I was so happy at the cost of the quote I asked if he could start the same day. He said no but someone would get a hold of me by the end of the day. They were able to schedule me for March 10th. On Monday the 9th it was raining and I got a call first thing in the morning telling me that the rain was going to put them a day behind and they would be out on March 11th. Later that afternoon they called me back and said that they were able to get some work done in between the rain and the 10th was back on. Tuesday came and they called me that they were still on and would call again when they were headed over to work on the roof. They called back later that morning to say they were on the way. Work was done in a couple of hours, everything cleaned up and it looks good. I would definitely use them again. Bob - Muskego
