Dan and Salvidor thank you so much for the important work you did for me today! You both did something far more important for me than cut down a tree - you saved a life - that of my one year old cat - Dexter - who had been scared up an old TV antenna tower and was trapped with no way to back down. After calling the fire department - and hearing from everyone I asked - not to worry - he'll come down - I knew better and that I'd have to find someone to rescue him. If you picture an old 30-foot triangular metal TV antenna with a good three feet between supports - you can easily calculate his fate knowing that cats claws and hind legs allow them to climb up - but actually hinder the cat trying to climb back down. I couldn't imagine him even trying to back down... Luckily for Dexter and I - I noticed that Yard Rescue Services was open till 9pm and so I reached out to Dan who then determined he would be able to stop by and check out the situation in the morning should Dexter remain trapped throughout the night. After assuring Dexter all night that someone would come to get him down I texted Dan at 6:15 am today letting him know that Dexter was still trapped. Dan was so awesome - he told me that he and Salvidor would come right over before heading to a job in Twin Lakes! They were able to use their "bucket truck" to extend Salvidor nearly 25 feet up where he was able to get Dexter into his carrier and return him to Earth! I am eternally grateful to both of you and will most definitely utilize and recommend your services in the future! Dan was referred by a neighbor. We were wanting to remove two huge pines next to power lines, another large tree next to our home, and many large bushes. Dan came out and gave a free estimate and was clear he would do the work as soon as the weather allowed him to. We had to re-schedule three times due to heavy rain that was occurring for weeks... explaining that the stump grinder didn't work well in wet soil. I appreciated his explanation and him attempting to reschedule anytime there was a break in the weather. Finally we got dry days in a row! He and his crew arrived on time and worked from morning until late afternoon without breaks. You can't even tell where these trees were! They cleaned up every piece of wood, scrap, and dirt from my yard, the neighbors drives, and the street. They swept, raked, picked up small pieces by hand, and finally used a blower to clean all the surrounding areas. I am so happy that I went with this group! Totally understood the rain part, as one group of bushes, the soil was still wet far down and it took him a long time to grind that stump... but again, can't tell there was ever seven foot bushes there! This team of men were amazing. Dan came and gave us a great quote on removal of 2 trees, to grind down the stumps and clean-up. the one tree was extremely large and in the middle of two home which was very risky. They worked very professional doing their job. We ended up adding 3 more trees and some stumps that needed to be removed. Again, a very fair bid and they seriously did everything we asked them to do. They were truly a rescue in my case. I was left with an absolute mess by a different local contractor who took a huge tree down for me in January with the promise he'd be back to finish.
