We had previously worked with two other local companies, and their work was good-great, but their prices were quoted 2-4k higher than Mike's at Complete Tree Service in Burlington. A lineman had recommended this company, as well as another friend. In addition to the more reasonable price, while all 3 of my top choices said they'll leave the yard better than they found it, Mike far exceeded my expectations. The way he and his crew cleared roots, then raked and leveled after the grinding was even better than the previous two. This job was much larger than our previous trimmings and removal of one tree, and the care they took was extra impressive. They even moved an older stump and slab "table" from a random spot to a useful place closer to the fire pit.
