I'm a retired police sergeant and spent 10 years in the trades prior to my law enforcement career. While in the trades I once supervised a crew of 80 commercial framers and drywall hangers. After being provided with a detailed estimate, Chris and his crew were hired. Chris actually encouraged me to get multiple estimates (which I did not). Chris stayed in contact with me until the day of the job. Chris, his crew, a sub-contracted crane service and the utility company all arrived at the scheduled time, set up and went to work. They took all precautions for site safety and my landscaping. Once working, the communication and coordination between the crew members was spot on. I understand the challenges of keeping a crew moving and I was impressed. It only took them approximately three hours to take down, cut up and clean up a 75' Hackberry tree. They are a well oiled machine and left the yard in great condition. LP Tree Service has been in business for 60+ years. Chris took the business over from his father and I believe two of his children and at least one grandchild works for the business.
