We have used LP Tree Service 4 times in the past 30 years. They never disappoint. This time we had 3 trees on the river bank removed, 1 from the middle of the yard and 3 from the back yard. The 3 in the back yard had to be lifted over the house to avoid our septic field. None of this was a problem for their great team. The clean up was terrific. I'm new to the area and needed to have a large tree removed. LP Tree Service was the first service I called. Chris met with me and immediately put me at ease. I'm a retired police sergeant and spent 10 years in the trades prior to my law enforcement career. While in the trades I once supervised a crew of 80 commercial framers and drywall hangers. After being provided with a detailed estimate, Chris and his crew were hired. Chris actually encouraged me to get multiple estimates (which I did not). Chris stayed in contact with me until the day of the job. Chris, his crew, a sub-contracted crane service and the utility company all arrived at the scheduled time, set up and went to work. They took all precautions for site safety and my landscaping. Once working, the communication and coordination between the crew members was spot on. I understand the challenges of keeping a crew moving and I was impressed. It only took them approximately three hours to take down, cut up and clean up a 75' Hackberry tree. They are a well oiled machine and left the yard in great condition. LP Tree Service has been in business for 60+ years. Chris took the business over from his father and I believe two of his children and at least one grandchild works for the business. I had some srorm damage 2 trees down. I called Chris and he was out to my house within a few hours. The brought the whole crew and got both trees off my roof without anymore famage. They were very professional and were in and out in a couple hours. They cleaned up great. Chris even was nice enough to give me some dirt to patch up the ruts. Highly recommend theae guys. read more

With very little room they had it down and the mess cleaned up. Outside of the stump that they later removed you could not tell there was a tree there. I use local companies first and foremost. When they came to give us an estimate on a tree removal, we had another company also present. He got very angry and was extremely unprofessional. He left without giving the estimate. Plus, he called our insurance company to complain. read more
