    Hands down the worst place you can sell you car. This is basically a consignment shop with no money. All the reviews are a 100% paid for. In my experience, they said they will wire in 10 days. Well 10 days came and went. I followed up everyday - everyday they were chasing it down. I got paid day 16 and through a check from a company that has a history of bouncing checks. All the time the guy bought the car kept trying to deflect me to someone else to chase MY money down. You can sell your car anywhere - the question you should ask yourself before selling to these guys is if you need money. If you do, take 300 less and go to car max. See images with their sales guy

    Where is the money?

    Be very very careful with this company. Yes, they will give you a few hundred $ more than CarMax. However, getting your money is a completely different story. Look at all the positive reviews, it's about the experience selling the car, and not about actually getting the payment after selling them the car. I sold my car on 8/11/2023 with a contracted wire transfer deposit date of 8/18/2023. Received text messages on 8/21 and 8/22 wire transfer submitted. No money ever showed up. Email their support on 8/24 inquired where is the money, they responded that they will "Please let me look into this with the bank and resolve within 24 hours." Still nothing. Now I have to file a legal lawsuit just to get the money they already owe, 3 weeks after I sold the car. Avoid this company, it's not worth the extra few hundred dollars to chase them down and deal with the hassle of filing a lawsuit to get your money.

    Patrick and his team over at Bidlane did a phenomenal job of helping me find value out of my trusty 2006 Honda Accord. Especially considering my car was hit by catalytic converter thieves, I felt I was never going to get something out of the car, as other locations either gave me sad offers or flat out rejected the car (dang thieves). Patrick really took the time to make sure we could get the most out of the value, and beat CARMAX's quote by quite a bit. Additionally, they helped my mother sell her car many years ago, and she had fantastic service. I highly recommend this business

    Selling a car can be just as daunting as buying one, imo. I thought about selling it privately for a hot minute, but wasn't sure if I could afford the effort/hassle that comes with that (listing, scheduling, dealing w/ multiple buyers, haggling , etc.). I first went to CarMax for an appraisal. They discovered an issue so I was quoted much lower than their initial online estimate. While processing that surprise news, I decided to get a second appraisal to make sure the issue was legitimate. I'm so glad I got connected w/ Christian at Bidlane. He affirmed and kindly walked me through the aforementioned issue AND he worked w/ me to beat the initial offer. I could tell he wasn't trying to nickel & dime me. It was such a pleasant experience.. almost like selling my car to a trusted friend. I can't recommend this company enough. Thank you, Christian for your customer service today!!

    I wanted to sell my Prius and did a few online quotes along with KBB to see what I could get for it. In the process, I stumbled across Bidlane. I brought it by for a quote and they didn't lie... It really only took about 15-20 min and that was without an appointment. Patrick was super helpful and kind. He answered all my questions. The quote initially came back incredibly low. He made a few calls and was able to get it increased by $1500! I needed some time to shop around and he was very understanding of that. He asked if he could check in the following day (rather than just harassing me without consent) and I agreed. I went next to CarMax for a quote. They took 2 1/2 hours to do what BidLane did in 15 min. Their quote was $500 more than Bidlane. Patrick checked in as promised. I told him I'd rather give my business to small, local business rather than the big guys if he can at least match CarMax offer. Patrick came back with $50 more. He trusted that my quote from CarMax was honest and I appreciated that he trusted me which made me trust him even more. I told him I'd come the next day. When I arrived Martin was there to greet me with a smile. He was expecting me. Martin helped me seemlessly to complete the paperwork for selling the Prius, even though there were a few hiccups on my end. He was all smiles and great attitude, super friendly and never got an ounce of irritation with all the challenges. He definitely earned this sale! This was a fantastic experience... Friendly, efficient, great customer service. I will definitely be coming back.

    Seller beware. On 12/6, this company took possession of a car I owned free and clear and as of me writing this, they haven't paid what they agreed to for it. They were supposed to submit a wire on 12/14. No wire. On 12/18, they gave me a check. On 12/19, the check bounced. On 12/21, they promised me in writing that I would receive a wire on 12/22. Guess why I'm writing this crappy review? Now, I suppose I will have to waste my and my attorney's time by filing felony criminal charges against them for CPC476a and CPC 487 and suing them in civil court for treble damages and legal fees when they could've just paid up as required or even just communicated whatever the problem causing the delay might be. Because right now, it sure looks like a easily provable willful attempt to take my property and not pay for it. Anyway, you've been warned that many of these rosy reviews are probably fake. See my pics if you don't believe me.

    Its a hidden gem

    Such a great experience at this place, Victor was awesome, so patient ,and helpful . I got exactly what I prayed to get and it was such a smooth transaction. I will definitely be recommending and referring ppl to come here to sell, carmax is across the street and I looked them up first since they are a popular name but decided to come here instead they only buy, so you won't feel pressured or anything, excellent service, if I ever have to sell again this is my spot! The young guy who took me on the test drive was great -- you can tell he genuinely loves what he does. That kind of enthusiasm is rare, and it made the whole experience easy. And at the front desk, I was greeted by a young lady whose name -- I promise I am not making this up -- is Jennifer Lopez. Lol. I bought a 2021 Tesla Model Y. When I got home and ran the numbers myself, I was off from their figures by three dollars. Three. No hidden fees, no surprise add-ons -- just taxes and DMV, exactly as discussed. They also buy and sell used vehicles, electric cars especially, so whether you're buying or selling it's worth giving them a call. Couldn't be happier with the experience.     I found Trade-in Solutions on Caredge.com and Cargurus.com originally, and based on the yelp…read morereviews and the great call I had with Jennifer from the dealership who followed up on my online inquiry about a 2023 Tesla Model Y they had in stock, I decided to book a test drive the next day (May 20th!) The listed price on their website for the VIN 7SAYGDEE2PA109095 was $29,388 as of May 19th when I looked and sent in the inquiry about the car online after-hours. Jennifer called in the morning May 20th and helped me set up the test drive same-day and was very helpful. The staff were all very nice, patient, and accommodating. They let me test drive + inspect the vehicle from head to toe. Adam led me on the test drive and let me test out everything I wanted to test out. After the test drive, one of the managers Jess sat me down in her office to talk purchase numbers - frankly I was ready to purchase the car immediately after how patient and upfront every one of their staff members had been! Sadly, that is where the pleasantries ended. Jess wrote up an out-the-door price that listed the car as $30,888. This was an increase in price overnight of $1500. I mentioned to Jess that it appears they had raised the price since I viewed it online, and that I felt a little bait and switched, but that if they would honor the original price they had listed the car for, I was still interested in purchasing it. Jess quickly hurried me out the office after going to talk to the store manager or someone, and reassured me that she would contact me regarding the pricing history of the car. She did, just 30 minutes later when I had sat down for lunch with my family. Jess insisted that I had been viewing a different VIN from a car that was now in Seattle despite the screenshots I have uploaded to this review proving the price increased unexpectedly (thankfully I still had their dealership's website open from the night before on my laptop when I got home, and I was able to download the original web page proving the price for this exact VIN was indeed originally $29,388 before I came in to test drive!) To stop the arguing and unnecessary back-and-forth, I asked her politely to confirm that the new price of $30,888 was the price they were going to stick with, and she confirmed that this was indeed the price they would stick with and that there was no changing the price. She further insisted that I was the one who was mistaken and that the car I viewed was not in their possession, and thanked me for coming in anyways and to have a nice day. While this kind of practice is not uncommon, reading the reviews on here for this dealership really did not lead me to expect this kind of bait-and-switch behavior! If Jess had simply told me they had a pricing error and the dealership wanted to sell the car for $30,888 and not $29,888, I would have accepted this and purchased the car anyways especially considering how accommodating the staff had been, but to lie to my face and try to convince me I was delusional? This goes against my moral compass and I cannot in good conscience support behavior like this. I am uploading pictures of the sales sheet and their company's website as further proof. However, I would like to say that everyone aside from Jess (Adam, Jennifer, and the kind front deskman whose name I sadly cannot remember right now) did their jobs well and were extremely helpful and patient! I may consider reporting this to the better business bureau as well, as bait-and-switch tactics such as these are exactly why dealerships get a bad rep. Make sure to take screenshots of the dealership's website of the car you are going to purchase before contacting them for a test drive or coming in person to view the car! This will save you a headache. Also make sure the VIN is clearly visible, as Jess proved that this would've been necessary to prove the original price.

I recommend anyone considering buying from here to do their due diligence and go to a better dealer. I have a feeling there are some shady dealings going on here. UPDATE: It has been a week, and the dealership has decided not to offer any assistance or support. The only reason I chose to purchase a vehicle from this location was because Erick is a family member, and I trusted that he would take care of us. Unfortunately, that was not the case. I now have to pay out of pocket to repair the vehicle. Erick was aware from the beginning that the vehicle had existing issues but proceeded with the sale regardless. I am extremely disappointed with the experience and would strongly advise others not to take the risk of purchasing a vehicle here.
