Ray (the owner) took measurements, looked at me hit my old clubs, and analyzed my swing using different lies and shaft lengths until he maximized my swing. He even helped me with a couple of swing issues while fitting me. They gave me a great trade in value for my Calloway Rogue X irons, and ordered my custom set of Ping G710 irons and a new driver. Their knowledge and insights into the club technology and applying that to my "ok" swing is great. Plus, being there for a few hours allowed us to see firsthand how the key to their success is not only their expertise in club fitting - it's also their customer service. They truly know and care for their customers. Many came in during our fitting and, for at least one customer, Ray knew what kind of golf balls they used and hooked him up. I also overheard a phone conversation with a customer and a supplier in tracking down a wayward golf bag. They immediately found the issue and notified the customer to his satisfaction. I have to admit, I did not actually come here for sports equipment, but to return some U-Haul supplies that I had left over from an out-of-state move. It was late, I was in a hurry, and it turned out that the location I had purchased them from had done something very wrong when selling me the supplies. Elsi was a champ; she took down my information and promised me she would contact me after the weekend to issue the refund. I had to trust her; I had a flight to catch. She called Monday morning and settled the issue, even though it required escalation and follow-up with her superiors. It is very rare for me to see such integrity and dedication today, much less from someone who had virtually nothing to gain from doing it. Even though I didn't purchase any merchandise from their fully-stocked, exquisitely organised store, I can vouch for the character and ethic of the staff. I fully recommend that you check out the store; I believe that they will pleasantly surprise you with their products, and I promise that their customer service will be everything you could hope for. Interestingly, my experience was different from several posters. I also drove to Raleigh from the…read moreGreensboro area as there are no Artesian/Marquis dealers in Greensboro. I had been shopping in the Greensboro area and unfortunately, really didn't feel comfortable with any of the dealers. I have a size limitation and really couldn't find many from those dealers that would fit. One dealer was working from a 2017 datasheet and none would pull panels to allow me to inspect construction. We entered the store and were promptly greeted. When I started asking detailed questions, I was then referred to one of the owners who was very honest with me and answered any and all questions. He pulled panels to show off the construction of the tubs and I found their pricing to be very fair. The other couple with me also had no difficulty with getting answers. I had a list of tubs that I wanted to look at and yes, a Master was on it. What we saw was some buried, cached page. The store does indeed, no longer sell Master and we were told that they had too many issues with them to keep selling them. My research also showed that Master tubs can be hit or miss and that support can be non existent, so I was happy that the staff was honest with me. We were able to sit in many tubs and made an appointment to wet test a couple. We ended up buying from them and should be able to take delivery in April as they had the exact tub we decided on coming in Mid March. With other manufacturers we looked at quoting 8-12 month deliveries, this was fantastic.

Not only was their customer service outstanding but I found some unique pieces for my home at realistic prices. The sales staff gave me personal attention and gave me opinions and advice needed. Purchased on Saturday and delivery on Monday. Even the delivery men were outstanding, going out of their way to level my foyer table, bringing their own floor protector stick ins and making sure we were happy with their service. Highly recommend.

Do not buy furniture made by USA Premium Leather from Jernigan Furniture in Goldsboro, NC. It's…read moretalked up and priced as heirloom grade but I've had much better quality from much cheaper stores. One recliner was built so contorted it had to be replaced. Jernigan's agreed that the couch's bottom cushions were way under-padded and called USA Premium Leather who said it was a known issue but they'd fix them. When I got them back, one looked better but the other two looked worse. Now, unfortunately, Jernigan's owner says it's just normal wear and has stopped helping me. That's right, my 3 week old re-stuffed cushions with only a 160 lb guy who sits on them sag like they're 10 years old. I cannot recommend USA Premium Leather or Jernigan Furniture. Beware!
