But this was a long drawn out experience and they do such good work that I hate to stop doing business with them. I hope that they do better communication in the future. It was late, I was in a hurry, and it turned out that the location I had purchased them from had done something very wrong when selling me the supplies. Elsi was a champ; she took down my information and promised me she would contact me after the weekend to issue the refund. I had to trust her; I had a flight to catch. She called Monday morning and settled the issue, even though it required escalation and follow-up with her superiors. It is very rare for me to see such integrity and dedication today, much less from someone who had virtually nothing to gain from doing it.
