I was greeted at front counter and I told the young lady I was going to buy a pistol. I have purchased several weapons there before and didn't foresee any problem. I stood at the weapons counter for several minutes and called out. About 10 minutes later I went to the front desk and young lady tried to call him. I told the cashier that 4 seasons have people that want to sell guns.

When you call the salesman rarely returns calls he prefers to res thru email. Once order was placed it was filled correctly. I asked for a few replacements not the entire order and it took over a month thru constant reaching out to salesman. Salesman never returns calls or emails. Never had any problems with the company orders until now. I usually don't like to do reviews. But this was a long drawn out experience and they do such good work that I hate to stop doing business with them. I hope that they do better communication in the future. But, again they do excellent work just bad communicatio.

I needed a pair of new sneakers, and unfortunately they were out of my size in every style I liked due to the recent Black Friday sale and the Christmas holiday. I'm giving them five stars anyway because my experience was what I expect from the chain, they still offer a superior selection of styles and high-quality athletic shoe brands, and the customer service was excellent. Elsi was a champ; she took down my information and promised me she would contact me after the weekend to issue the refund. I had to trust her; I had a flight to catch. She called Monday morning and settled the issue, even though it required escalation and follow-up with her superiors. It is very rare for me to see such integrity and dedication today, much less from someone who had virtually nothing to gain from doing it. Even though I didn't purchase any merchandise from their fully-stocked, exquisitely organised store, I can vouch for the character and ethic of the staff.
