The customer waiting area was pretty packed when I took my car in for service this week. It's fairly comfortable and is kept clean. They have filtered water and a coffee machine that makes a variety of hot drinks (coffee, latte, hot chocolate, tea...) and a few snacks to offer. I appreciated the heads up from my service representative, that they were running just a little behind so the wait might be longer than I'd planned, but they were able to finish the maintenance on my car within an hour and a half, so it worked out well.

Tyler has been the absolute best to work with, he wasn't pushy and never made me feel pressured like i have experienced at other dealerships. He also got me a smoking deal on my new Yukon! After getting home we realized they forgot my third row floor mats, turns out the factory forgot them so Tyler was quick to order them and installed them for me, and topped off my gas tank for the trouble! First, they let me schedule a test drive that worked for my schedule. Secondly, they were prepared when I showed up... the car was out front and ready to see. Lastly, the sales process was very low pressure and my sales rep (Dosy) worked with me to make the deal align with my needs. The person who processed my documents was very personable and kind as well. The loan process was straightforward and easy. They also purchased my old car and made the transfer process as seamless as possible. The dealership is clean and everyone is friendly and professional. They have a snack area in the back and the restrooms were clean. The best part: they filled the car up with the gas before they handed me the key... it's the small things that matter when it comes to high customer service, and this place definitely hits the mark for me.

We went on a test drive after they did, and it was obvious they were buying it when we got back. Then they tried the, "well, their financing might fall through. You should hang around until it's approved." Yuck! Cringy. They showed my hubby a few other cars online, but it was quite awkward and we just wanted to go. A different Ron Tonkin had another car for us to look at. The same day my husband was going to drive down, he got a call saying that someone needed a loaner, so they gave him the same car my hubby was going to see later that day. I think we learned our lesson about Ron Tonkin. The two stars is only because the associate took the time to answer questions and send videos of the car.

I looked at two cars and test drove one. I liked the car. They were able to get me financing at a good rate, took my trade in, and got me out of the door with a car, same day, which is what I asked for when I walked in. I like the Hertz prices its vehicles fairly, they are transparent about the vehicles they are selling, and I was thanked for my business. I wish car buying everywhere was this easy. After sending my uncle the new terms he finally had to call the GM to get the deal straight because we couldn't get ahold of Jesus the finance manager. None of his paperwork made any sense (there was even a point where I was going to pay like $239 for a brand new 4Runner..he didn't know what he was doing) and he wouldn't answer any calls or emails, but definitely let me know I could bring the car back if it was too much of a hassle for me. Honestly it's criminal what you guys do to women who come in your stores. The way I was treated, like I was some idiot who couldn't tell I was getting ripped off.
