What used to be a reasonable expense for maintaining my wardrobe has now become a significant financial burden. Just recently, I paid $10 per piece of clothing to be dry cleaned. While I understand that costs can rise due to various factors, the increases year after year have been staggering. It feels like every time I visit, I'm hit with another price hike that makes me question whether I can continue to afford their services. I appreciate the quality of their work and the convenience they provide, but at this rate, I need to explore other options. It's disappointing to see a long-standing relationship with a business I once trusted turn into a struggle to justify the costs. I hope they reconsider their pricing strategy, as I would love to continue supporting them, but the current rates are simply unsustainable.

We always had to follow up ourselves. No updates unless we chased her down. The craziest part -- we were waiting on 3 specific bags and when I called, she said "we don't have any more of your bags." Excuse me?? Thank goodness I had photos from the day we dropped them off. Once I described them, suddenly it was "oh yes we have them, they're in processing." Processing for weeks. What does that even mean? No clear explanation, no transparency, just vague answers. For how expensive this was, the communication and turnaround time were beyond disappointing. The higher the price, the more cleaning involved. I think they said $750 was for a filthy gown so that should tell you something. She had 4 drinks spilled on her. They were married outside. She had to walk down a gravel muddy path. Then the reception was inside on old wooden floors. The bottom of her gown was almost black from all the dirt.
