I took my family here for Mothers Day 2026. It almost was a free for all, as no one greeted us on the way in. We had to ask someone where to sit. We waited 20 minutes to get water and OJ. Another 20 minutes to get Soda and after that the server never came around unless i held up my hand like a child. I was completely embarrassed as my in-laws were watching me flail my arms to get them something to drink. The food: The food items were basic and tasted pre-made. The only item that was quite delicious, was the Ham. Amazing! The omelette station was 2nd, but the one chef was extremely rude and did not listen to any order. Besides that, very basic and tasteless dishes. The staff: did not see any of the staff smile once. This was a huge disappointment on Mothers Day! The service: The service was just bad, i had to get up to get coffee, drinks and when asked for another sprite it never came. the absolute worst was the gratuity line as we had an automatic line for a sit down meal gratuity, this was buffet! Came here on a Friday night to watch the Knicks game. But the Knicks was being shown next door, this place is huge. So we decided to have dinner in the dining room before we went over to the ballroom to enjoy the game. The food wasn't terrible but wasn't great either. I ordered the seafood over linguine dish. All the seafood was overcooked. The scallops were like eating rubber. There was a nice flavor to it and the sauce had a nice garlic kick which I love. I just wish the seafood was cooked a little less. I also ordered the clam chowder , and it was disgraceful. Not very good at all, I usually get clam chowder when I visit New England. So I guess I'm biased. The service was decent. Our server was very nice and attentive. Although it got busy and he kind of forgot about us when it came to giving us the check. I came here with my family on a Sunday. My family and I had a lunch time reservation at 1pm. We all ordered different pasta dishes for the most part and my nephew ordered a steak. I ordered a lobster ravioli with a salad Caesar side. The side Caesar salad was incredible it had plentiful of Caesar dressing which I love my salads with lots of dressing. My lobster ravioli was yummy, it was a great portion size. The only downfall of the ravioli was that it wasn't all that warm but that might be because the waiter might have waited for all of the dishes to be ready to bring them all out at the same time. The garlic bread, meatball appetizer, and the fried calamari were all tasty. I ordered a Shirley temple as my drink and it was made to perfection it had three cherries on top. The ambiance was comfortable. My family and I were seated a little separated from the rest of the restaurant goers since we were a big group of 17 people. I visited Biagio's for an early Saturday dinner with family. We've dined here before and enjoy the atmosphere. The fall specialty drinks are always a favorite of ours. We tried the Apple margarita and cider mule. The atmosphere was busy for 4:30pm on a Saturday. Nonetheless, our server was very attentive. Biagio's can be considered more of a causal dining experience. You won't be disappointed with the serving sizes. Half of our party took home their meal because they couldn't finish it. For appetizers we ordered the zucchini flowers and calamari. Both had a great taste. However, our calamari could have been a little crispier. My chicken dish had artichokes, spinach, and mozzarella. There was a lot of mozzarella on the dish, which at times made it watery. The osso buco was a standout dish. I ended my meal with a great cappuccino. Our strawberry cake had a nice flavor, however, it was too drenched in syrup. I would definitely come back to try some other dishes. read more

I had lunch at Biagio's with people from work. The inside is quite charming with the fireplace dining room. It gives a warm and cozy feeling when you're seated inside at the wooden tables. The windows bring in lots of natural light. You get friendly service and genuine hospitality as soon as you're seated. It was my first time there and the hostess, overhearing that I was asking where the ladies room was to wash my hands, walked over and showed me. Btw, it's past the bar area, which looks like a cool place to casually have drinks and food at the bar or seated at one of the high tables. The black wood in that area has a cool look. Anyway, the food that day was good. The highlight for me was fried calamari appetizer - comes with a lemon wedge and a tasty marinara sauce. The lunch menu offers an assortment of salads and sandwiches. I went with a meatball parmigiana sandwich, which came with some fries, pickles, and coleslaw. I would recommend Biagio's. Delicious dishes and the friendly staff made our rainy lunch even more enjoyable! I had only been here for weddings and celebrations so this was a first to sit down at the restaurant. We shared many dishes - but the star of the show was the Seafood Pescatore: so much seafood that pairs perfectly with the linguini and rich flavorful tomato sauce! And the Branzino was also delicious - crispy skin and seasoned filet with these juicy big capers. We also got the calamari (which lacked bit of seasoning for our taste), arugula salad (always a sucker for feta cheese), cowboy steak (very tender and flavorful with their homemade steak sauce). I'd love to come again and try more of their pasta options - and everything was perfect for sharing (and plenty of leftovers)!! read more

Biagio's owner pushing paying patrons out because his own convert time limits for" profits over patons "is unacceptable. Biagio's owner came to our table after eavesdropping our table conversation about feeling rushed as we actually were. Wait staff were obviously instructed to clear as soon as possible and attempted to remove plates of food while we were still eating. Biagio's owner actually said to us we had been at the table for 3 hours and we needed to pay the check because he needed the table for other people....the wrong thing to say! Not only rude for eavesdropping on our conversation about feeling rushed, but inappropriate. There is no doubt in my mind if this were a table of men Biagio's owner would have never have felt so emboldened!!!!! Biagio's owner kept repeating we had been there for 3 hours... He never took into consideration. We had multiple courses, appetizers entrees, wine, dinner, dessert. All that takes time which is part of the dinning experience we paid for. The only apology we got from Bisgio's owner was he was sorry for us not understanding why he needed the table now and again how we had been there for a long time! We understood perfectly that Biagio's owner had eavesdropped our conversation , interject himself Inappropriate and rudly. A local favorite late night spot for a bite to eat and drink. Whether it's for a beer or non-alcoholic drink or even a glass of wine the bartenders here will satisfy whatever you're craving. Service is extremely friendly and helpful from the moment you walk in the door. It has a nice modern bar feel to it. Always clean and inviting. The spicy steak tips are a must have, tender cut of meat and packed with flavor. Good if you're looking to grab a bite to eat late in the evening for something way better than diner food! Came here for a little celebration for my daughter's 21st bday. The food was excellent as always!! To start we had Calamari, & Artichoke Oreganato -perfect!! The bread on the table was warm Garlic bread slices which were also amazing. I had the Chicken Francese with broccolini, and yummy mashed potatoes. Husband had Hanger steak (med) with roasted potatoes and peppers...again excellent. Son had the Shrimp, Scallops & Lump Crabmeat over linguine- his POV- delicious. Never been to this restaurant. Let me start off with the bar and drinks. TOP shelf for everything. Drinks were made with good quality liquor and filled to the brim. Just simply delicious. When we were seated of 5, we had a nice location in the back room. More secluded and quieter than the main area. Our waiter was patient with us, explained are questions and made sure our orders were done to our liking. First we started off with appetizers, soup, salad and mussels in white wine sauce. We mentioned we didn't want the main dish while we were still eating appetizers and our dishes came about 10 minutes after we finished our appetizers. Some of the dishes were shrimp in garlic sauce with spaghetti, lobster ravioli, bolognese sauce with pasta, sausage with broccoli rabe and pasta and chicken with asparagus. All the dishes came out hot, plentiful servings enough for 2 meals and each dish had their own flavors to suite the dish description. We were seated next to a table of 4 and started up conversations with them. Small world, as they all came from Rockland County as did our friends. We had the best time with them. Stories told and much laughter. Just what you want when you go for dinner and wanting to have a good time Dessert was ice cream,coffee/tea and Tartuffo. I recently attended a Christmas luncheon at Biagio's. I had only been once before for a funeral repass, years ago & don't remember much about that visit. I do remember my most recent visit though! I ordered the grilled Salmon. It came with a kind of sauce, I think it was dill - it was very, very delicious! The sides were roasted vegetables and roasted potatoes. Also delicious! I highly recommend the salmon, which is something for me because until recently I would never even think of ordering salmon out, or any other fish - unless it was battered & deep fried! My husband ordered the prime rib and his was cooked to perfection, he couldn't stop raving about it! Italian pastries were served for dessert, they looked amazing, but I declined as I'm trying to watch my waistline. (lol) The service was good, and I server was very pleasant. This was the first time our family went out to a restaurant for Thanksgiving. We were very pleased with what we had experienced at Biaggio's. For a family of 7, we had a full Thanksgiving dinner meal which included turkey soup, garden salad, a whole turkey which the staff carved and separated into white and dark meat, mashed potatoes, steamed vegetables, fresh cranberry sauce, gravy, candied yams/sweet potatoes, stuffing, plus dessert. The staff was also very helpful, friendly and accommodating, and helped us pack our leftovers. The ballroom was also nicely decorated for the occasion. I definitely recommend this place if you're not in the mood to host Thanksgiving at home and would like to enjoy a Thanksgiving meal at a nice restaurant. read more

Met an old coworker here for dinner on a Wednesday. I wasn't impressed by the food, but the service and ambiance was nice. Started at the bar with a round of drinks, good amount of customers, then moved to a table for dinner in an almost empty dining room. Started with the beet salad - beets were not freshly roasted, maybe even canned, served on top of a huge mound of plain ricotta cheese. Would have benefited from a smaller amount of cheese, well seasoned/herbed, or served with a more flavorful type of cheese. For entree I had the special crab cake appetizer. It was a large size, full of crab, a little pepper heat but not full of red bell pepper, deviously fried, and served atop an herby remoulade. I found this tasty and well executed. The best part was Wednesday was 1/2 off wine, so I got a nice bottle of French rose for less than $20. Might go back on a Wednesday if it was convenient, but not rushing back for any reason. read more

I'm a fan of the experience and overall vibe of this place. As expected, the Mother's Day buffet brunch was pretty much a sea of humanity. However, I thought they handled all the human traffic here very well and obviously have the formula in place. Even though there were a ton of people here and the entire venue felt like one enormous wedding party with a huge buffet spread in the middle of the ballroom, things were spaced out and the seatings were done in a way that didn't make it feel like it was an endless stream of people on the food line etc. The service here was extremely hectic due to the huge mass of humans, but at least they were pretty good about following up and keeping the drinks filled etc. The food was generally speaking, good. I wasn't blown away by the breakfast options that people seemed to all gravitate towards (like waffles, pancakes, omelets etc) but the lunch food was very good. The meat station had a lot of variety and the selections (like roast beef, turkey etc) were all solid. The hot food as well such as shrimp scampi, eggplant parm and even goulash were all good. The desserts and fruit stations were also plentiful. My only issue was that some of the stations were pretty messy. A few of us noticed spoons floating in the rice pudding and just some messy spots around some stations. It didn't do much to make us want to try the food in the messy areas etc. Beyond that, I really enjoyed the whole feel of the place. It was fun to be in a big venue with lots of food that really made you want to eat (most of) everything in the mix. I wasn't a huge fan of how nobody was masked here, but then again I still wore my mask, so there's that. The only other observation was how douchey some people were in the parking lot. Saw a few entitled people who were giving the parking attendants a hard time (i.e. yelled at them from their cars) about why they should be allowed to drive like jackasses in the busy lot, but that's not a restaurant issue per se. Also the plate came with only 3 and it looks like there's a missing spot, so not sure if there should've been a 4th. The lamb shank was delicious! My husband and I won gift certificates to this restaurant at a charity event in February. We decided to come here for lunch on a Sunday. Very spacious dining room and it wasn't busy. The fireplace was lit and it was a cozy atmosphere. There was a family of four there when we were seated. My husband and I both ordered house salads to start. The salads were fresh with a side of creamy dressing. I think it was Italian. My husband ordered the chicken parmigiana that came with penne pasta. This entree was HUGE. It took up the whole plate. He said it was very good and it must have been because he ate all of it. I ordered chicken marsala and it was tender, the right amount of sauce and mushrooms. Two generous pieces of chicken that came with fresh mashed potatoes( so good) and perfectly cooked string beans. Both dishes arrived at the table hot. I'm so glad we have money left on the gift certificates because I am really forward to going back.For what we ordered the price was more than reasonable. They do have a Sunday brunch menu. Dined here on Saturday afternoon for my moms birthday. The restaurant had a private party in one of their rooms finishing up when we arrived for our dinner reservation. The dining room we were seated in was lovely and had three occupied tables finishing up their lunch as well. By the time we viewed the menu & placed our orders all diners had departed & we were the only patrons left to be serviced. We started with two orders of appetizers then a little while later we received our entrees. In between that time our server never asked how we enjoyed our apps, didn't ask if we wanted any drinks aside from water that's automatically placed in the table & never brought out the basket of complimentary bread. We asked another server passing by if they offered that & he brought it over and was surprised our server never did. The food was delicious so no complaints in that department but the service SUCKED! No reason to never check on your table. I asked the server to bring me lemons when our food arrived & he never brought it over. Not once did he ask how our dinner was. Not attentive at all especially when the dining room is empty! I Will not visit again because service is also part of returning to an establishment. Lastly, I paid in cash & was short changed by the server, therefore that reflected his tip. Meatballs were on point. Soft and very flavorful. The complimentary garlic bread was delicious!! Entrees included Veal chop parmigiana. Was nicely pounded down and big. Nice crust but something was missing. Couldn't put my finger on it. Was good though. Cowboy steak.. looked great, cooked right ( medium well) ( friend kills his meat again ) stated it was good. ‍.. I was in the area and was looking to grab a quick bite to eat for lunch. I have been to Biagio's before and have sat on the restaurant side, however, this time I elected to sit at the bar. I started off with an Aperol Spritz and it was well made. For my dish I selected the salmon and I was a little disappointed which is the reason for the 3 stars. The Grilled Scottish Salmon, per the description on the menu is suppose to come with mashed potatoes - the dish I received had roasted potatoes, they were good, but it was a let down. Additionally the dish description stated "lemon & olive oil" - this dish was not short on olive oil, let me tell you, it honestly was a little over bearing at times. The spinach has drowned in the olive oil, and it took away from truly being able to enjoy the dish. What saved this dish was the salmon - that was cooked to perfection and had so much flavor! I will say this place was pretty busy on a Friday early afternoon. There were plenty of people at the bar and sitting in the tables surrounding the bar. All-in-all, Biagio's is a good spot to stop in for lunch if you're looking for a casual spot to eat - there's a lot of different options on the menu and I would come back again to try something different. read more

I frequent this place probably twice a year and it never disappoints. It's about 35 minutes from me- thank goodness or I'd be there more often. The quality is top notch. The portions are absolutely massive. We love the veal chop. It's our favorite! I always find the host/hostess and wait staff to be really kind and accommodating. I also love that they have a fireplace in the main dining room. You'll see people from different walks of life in here: families with their kids, adults having drinks, people out for date night, people visiting after work or people sitting in the bar to watch a game. I love that aspect! Everyone is there with a different purpose, but all come to the same place to enjoy the incredible food! And it's not pretentious in here at all, which makes me love it even more. Because it could be, if they wanted it to be. The food warrants it. My father-in-law was in the mood for shrimp Parmigiana, that's not on the menu, but when we called, they checked with the kitchen and fortunately they were able to make it for us. You guys totally made his day! Sometimes I make reservations, but usually you can walk in without an issue. Either way, they will find a way to accommodate. We also hosted my sister's repass here in the upstairs room.
