Call customer service as directed by outlet clerk. After 3 calls, almost 2 hours of holding and explaining again and again was told they could not help me because it was not an online purchase. The principle of the matter is extremely poor customer service and not standing behind their product. I plan to post this everywhere possible to inform other consumers. It should not have been this way. Will never shop Loft again due to their poor customer service and behavior at the checkout.

The common pathways are wide, with lots of benches and chairs available to sit and rest. Most of the pathway is covered by shaded roof. What is special about this store is that they have some really aggressive sales allowing you to get quality chlothing and some of the best outerwear in the industry at amazing prices. I recently visited this location in November, and was lucky enough to make my purchases during a particularly good sale: 40% off all items in the store, with additional 20% off the subtotal. I came in to get a couple pairs of their jeans, and was able to leave with 1 sweatshirt, 1 T-shirt, and 2 pairs of their denim for a total of $89.76. Normally these items would have came to about $190, but that's why I went to the Woodburn outlets. It's not uncommon at all to find them running sales like 40%-60% off the entire store, which is an amazing value if you're a fan of their pieces. This store can be quite handy if you're a snowboarder since outerwear is typically painfully expensive, and Volcom makes some of the highest quality stuff in the industry. However, no matter what you are buying here, you'll get an excellent deal and get to enjoy having the luxury of a huge selection of colors and fits on everything in the current line of chlothing, something you won't be able to do at any other Volcom retailer.

One day I went back (without the bag) just to ask if I could exchange it, thinking they'd probably say no. To my surprise, Alex found my receipt right away and told me they could check the bag and offer store credit or an exchange. I already had my eye on a small crossbody, so the next day I came back with the bag. Alex remembered me instantly and said she'd even messaged the team about my visit in case she wasn't there. While I was looking around for small accessories to go with my new crossbody, Jacqueline helped me again -- she found not one but two cute card wallets and was so sweet the whole time.
