Wow it was nuts there with amount of customers searching wide for the deals and endless racks filled with variety of their merchandise from shorts to bras to tops to jackets to bags, accessories. Line to try on clothes long before checking out. But the staff kept it flowing as there were so much anticipation what deals they have for black friday. Staff were friendly and helpful. People will wait in line freezing cold temperatures no matter what to get deals even name brand like Lululemon. For the final total I spent at this sale, it would be cost to over $500 but got everything I picked under $200, with no sales tax. Great deal. *Remember you cannot make returns as these are final sales here and at all Lululemon outlet stores. Regular store hours are: Sunday thru Thursday 10am to 7pm, Friday and Saturday 10am to 8pm.

I'm not sure if my tastes have changed, but I find the styles to be boring, rather than classic. Other than a few new spring prints, everything looks the same as last season and the previous 10! Lots of slim pants, cropped pants, sweater sets, tiny floral printed dresses, cardi's and some light wraps for Spring. Nothing said, "I have to have this." Store was bright, lots of light, tons of space in between clothing displays so one could both see the items and shop while keeping socially distanced. It was all OK. One day I went back (without the bag) just to ask if I could exchange it, thinking they'd probably say no. To my surprise, Alex found my receipt right away and told me they could check the bag and offer store credit or an exchange. I already had my eye on a small crossbody, so the next day I came back with the bag. Alex remembered me instantly and said she'd even messaged the team about my visit in case she wasn't there. While I was looking around for small accessories to go with my new crossbody, Jacqueline helped me again -- she found not one but two cute card wallets and was so sweet the whole time. The customer service from both Jacqueline and Alex was amazing. I'll definitely keep coming back after this experience. Thank you both!

Unlike the other designer stores, they don't try to "fool" you into thinking the prices are a quarter of the regular price. They don't layer on discounts which force you to ask a staff member for the actual price or pull out your calculator app. Thank you! They list the price and that's what it costs. If there is a sale, they provide the discount percentage and you take that off the price listed. Michael Kors, Coach - see how simple it can be? The store is bright, clean, well styled with lots and lots of handbags of course! A great selection of wallets, some shoes and boots and other accessories. Since my closet could easily transform into a handbag pop-up shop, I'm very selective when it comes to new purchases. Plus, I'm definitely more into non-designer bags. Meaning, a gorgeous high quality leather bag that isn't mass produced, is unique, and doesn't have a logo. But my overall love of leather and handbags draws me to these shops. Staff has always been friendly and they are not high pressure. When they great me upon entering, I proactively say that I'm just here to browse and they let me be. If I do have a question, they immediately re-engage and are super helpful. During the pandemic, like all stores at this outlet mall, they limit the number of customers inside, provide sanitizer and require masks.

There were two women working that day, arranging the new items that had arrived and they explained the brand and offered assistance. When I mentioned that a friend has been wearing their clothing for years, they gave me a brochure that shows the dates of specific releases and when they will hit the store. Evidently, CAbo has a big following of people that know the individual lines within the Brand and look forward to releases. Then regret set in when nothing I saw, I liked better. My husband encouraged me to call the store and see if it was still available since now I was in a different state. I called this store and talked to Corrina (Sp?) She was so patient as I explained my situation and my description of the dress and jacket. They still had my size! She took all my information and repeated it back to me to make sure all was correct because it needed to be shipped. I'm looking for to my shipment.
