One of four designer handbag stores at Woodburn Outlets, I stop in every single time I'm there. Tory Burch designs are beautiful ; simple and classic, with their signature logo prominently displayed. Unlike the other designer stores, they don't try to "fool" you into thinking the prices are a quarter of the regular price. They don't layer on discounts which force you to ask a staff member for the actual price or pull out your calculator app. Thank you! They list the price and that's what it costs. If there is a sale, they provide the discount percentage and you take that off the price listed. Michael Kors, Coach - see how simple it can be? The store is bright, clean, well styled with lots and lots of handbags of course! A great selection of wallets, some shoes and boots and other accessories. Since my closet could easily transform into a handbag pop-up shop, I'm very selective when it comes to new purchases. Plus, I'm definitely more into non-designer bags. Meaning, a gorgeous high quality leather bag that isn't mass produced, is unique, and doesn't have a logo. But my overall love of leather and handbags draws me to these shops. Staff has always been friendly and they are not high pressure. When they great me upon entering, I proactively say that I'm just here to browse and they let me be. If I do have a question, they immediately re-engage and are super helpful. During the pandemic, like all stores at this outlet mall, they limit the number of customers inside, provide sanitizer and require masks. read more

I tried to purchase a $500 gift card. They refused my order. I checked my credit card company and all is well there. Their financial services group sent me a follow up email that they are sorry that they don't want my business. rude, demeaning and just snobby people. read more

During a recent visit to the Tory Burch store, a sales associate approached and mentioned a storewide 50% off sale and asking if we needed help finding anything , We asked to try on a pair of shoes, and upon receiving them, we proceeded with the assumption that they were part of the sale, as indicated by the associate. The color we wanted was not available so she told us we can order it online and it would be shipped to our home. We proceeded to do that assuming we would be getting it 50% off. We finished the sale walk out of the store in a few minutes later received the email confirmation. I check it and I saw we were we were charged full price. I walked back into the store thinking there must've been a mistake since it was done online and not in store and I approach the same sales associate and she tells me oh yeah that's the only item not on sale. I believe this was completely unprofessional because she had told us everything was on sale and we proceeded to ask for the shoes and she failed to mention that they weren't on sale we also came all the way from Portland to be disappointed by a "luxury store" this was not on my bucket list read more

I had such a great experience back in June when I bought my first TB bag. Jacqueline was super helpful and helped me find the perfect one for my business trip -- it was beautiful and even had a laptop compartment. But honestly, I never ended up using it. One day I went back (without the bag) just to ask if I could exchange it, thinking they'd probably say no. To my surprise, Alex found my receipt right away and told me they could check the bag and offer store credit or an exchange. I already had my eye on a small crossbody, so the next day I came back with the bag. Alex remembered me instantly and said she'd even messaged the team about my visit in case she wasn't there. While I was looking around for small accessories to go with my new crossbody, Jacqueline helped me again -- she found not one but two cute card wallets and was so sweet the whole time. Spent about an hour and a half driving to the location due to traffic. This started off putting me in a mood as I arrived. However, the young woman working the floor and interacting with my wife and I was very friendly and helpful. Prices were good, especially when comparing to the normal Tory Burch store. Selection was varied and in my opinion, offered something to everyone. My wife picked up one purse but found two others she had to keep debating over. I offered to by two of them which had the woman on the floor giggling and laughing sweetly at us. If I am in the area, would stop by again to get my wife a present from here. read more

I like shopping and Tory Burch is one of my favorite stores where I find what to buy for my family. But the store manager and one of the employees (a lady) are really make the shopping at this store kind of a bad experience which for sure affects the stores reputation. I'm a regular customer and always shopping there at least once or twice a month and from my recent experiences I felt like I'm not welcome. I was thinking that I might have kind of misunderstanding or wrong expression but after reading the store reviews I found out that I'm not the only one had the same issue! They are not greeting the customers properly and limiting the customers in buying a certain quantity of a certain item!! Racist...the clerk's and manager were keekeeing at the register, while other non black shoppers shopped. Once my husband and I walked in, they all got completely silent and all 3 of the employees followed us to the shoe area and watched us like hawks. Literally 4 ft away in all directions staring at us while I attempted to check out the sandals. . .I had to laugh at how idiotic this was... And walked out... Stay away if you are black... read more

Stopped by during the memorial day sales and they were having 40% off sale. They had shoes, handbags, wallets, jewelry, accessories etc. I was overwhelmed by the options. I noticed most of the handbags were the soft leather and I tend to prefer the hard leather like most of their new wallets. I did find a cute wallet on clearance, that day clearance was half off so I got the wallet for like $115 i think. The items were full price and then they just have daily __ % off that price deals. I was thinking they would be discounted a bit and then have a percentage discount on top of that. Next time they have another big sale I plan to stop by. read more
