I visit at least every other month, and it is not uncommon for me to purchase quite a few items at the start of each new season. The deals you can get on clearance are amazing. The only downside.... Sometimes I can not find a single thing I want to try on. And occasionally I feel like some items are way overpriced for outlet quality. Overall this store offers great items at discount prices.

They had good sales when I came in, along with an extra percentage off their already-reduced clearance items - which truly is a good deal! The store had neat displays and organized areas, along with a helpful staff that will cater to you if you have questions, and/or need some assistance. Overall, a great store at the outlets if you're into comfort, style, and quality - highly recommended during your trip out in PDX!

Eventually a manager came to help her and the two of them continued to work on whatever the issue was. The original cashier just stood there, doing nothing at all. Eventually another cashier came to open another register and then her customer had an issue. Now those of us in line have been there at least 20 minutes with absolutely no acknowledgement by anyone anywhere. We customers may as well been invisible. I knew there were at least 2 more workers in the store, one in the back corner straightening out the clearance racks (hardly a priority when you have customers waiting for 20+ minutes to purchase their items). I understand that there can be issues at the register, no prob. But the utter lack of acknowledging the customers, thanking them for their patience, or proactively calling another employee to help at the cash registers was epic in the utter disregard for customers. I love Columbia but wow, better training is absolutely needed!

They call it a clearance store however the clothes here were just regular sales. I think the store will be good for some winter items. The customer service level is just as minimal as the store and decor. One person seemed to be stocking shelves and one person behind the counter. No one is really there to assist the customer. I did a quick walk through and out. Good luck there!

Their outlet store definitely has discounted prices and often big sales on top of that. Especially if you come between seasons or on a holiday. Their clothing style doesn't particularly appeal to me, it's a little too plain, but I do shop here for my basic t-shirts and long sleeve T-shirts. They are 100% cotton and feel so good, very comfortable to wear. Polyester blends make me hot, I need breathable fabrics! So twice a year I come here to stock up. Usually a few white, as we all know when you wear white you always end up with a stain! A few black, any shade of blue they are carrying that season, plus whatever other color catches my attention. They are of high quality and last through many washings. They come in V or crew neck, short or long sleeve - and I usually buy them at the $9-12 price point. Last time I was here I scored a pair of black waterproof pants, perfect for my daily walks in our rainy season, which lasts 6 months! I wear them over leggings so my legs stay warm and dry. They alone were worth the trip out to Woodburn! Staff is helpful, friendly without the typical "pounce" nature of so many stores. There if you need them and leave you alone otherwise. Perfect.

The store is large, bright and has a good selection of inventory. Everything is beautifully displayed with lots of aisle space so you can easily browse and see the merchandise. As the name implies, the clothing is black, white, combos of black and white, with pops of color here and there. The in season color was a dark bright blue. Their clothing ranges from dressy to casual. For formal occasions, I've found beautiful dresses with unique prints or solids in classic silhouettes. Over the years I have acquired many wardrobe staples for work: tailored jackets, dress slacks, turtlenecks, tanks and dresses. Plus lots of casual sweaters, black jeans and tops. Make sure to check out their accessories. They have fun pieces of affordable fashion jewelry. Long tassel necklaces, chunky chokers, dangly earrings, faux pearls and bracelets. Also great summer hats and even shoes. Don't leave without visiting the sale rack in the back by the dressing rooms. You may just find the perfect item in your size!

It's one of the main stores I hit whenever I'm town and especially whenever I'm looking for anything that isn't Nike or Adidas. With the closing of the Pearl District location (http://www.yelp.com/biz/puma-portland), the pickens for anything Puma related in the area have become that much smaller. Much to the disappointment of Puma fans, the place is only a quarter of the size of the nearby Nike outlet. There are a handful of clothing racks for both men's and women's and the back area is for the limited footwear selection. While they don't have a lot of sales, the deals that can be found here are pretty solid. Customer service is one thing they do well here. For anything I've ever needed help on the Puma people behind the counter are right on it. Though one thing that strikes me is the fact they're decked out in Puma gear that is almost never found in the store. It's another mini reminder this Puma location is more outlet than retail.

Was super excited to see this new Marshalls in Canby on my way to the Swan Island Dahlia Festival…read more Of course I had to stop in and check it out. I'm so glad I did. The store just opened in October, 2024, and it's so clean and well organized. How clean? Even the dressing rooms were spotless and no dust bunnies! Never seen that in any store. It's a big, bright space with lots of room to walk between the aisles. It's a typical Marshall's in that it has several departments, so a little bit of a lot of different things. Womens, juniors, men's and children's clothing; pet supplies; home goods; bedding; seasonal and everyday decor; shoes; cards, stationary & wrapping paper; pantry & snack items; containers & baskets; shampoo & beauty; handbags; small furniture; silk plants & garden planters; pillows & throws; cleaning supplies; and lots of kitchen gadgets. The women's and juniors section had so many clothing items that I hadn't seen at other Marshall's. For example, I saw Madewell jeans for just $29.99. Lots of pretty sweaters, skirts and slacks to ring in the fall season. It was hard to narrow it down, I wanted so many things! Finally settled for a deep green sweater with a few off-white flowers and a black knit sweater skirt that had the best movement and will go with so many items already in my closet. Trust me, there were several more items I wanted but practiced restraint! Of course I picked up a few kitchen gadgets, storage canisters and pantry items - a weakness of mine. Staff was super friendly, and the young lady at the fitting room also helped me decide which outfits looked best. Parking right out front including 2 handicapped spots. Will definitely be making a Marshall's stop whenever I am out this way which is several times a year when I go to the tulip festival, Iris and peony gardens and Swan Island Dahlias. A Marshall's haul will always enhance an already fun outing.
