I'm not sure what competition I entered when I come in. I guess people hang out there all day since I see them standing around. I guess everyone has a resale business but let's be civilized people. I finally had it with their attitudes and I told them I would be sending a bad review and letting someone know about the horrible rude service I was receiving and they stopped complaining. The manager started by sighing loudly and in a loud voice complain she was trying to take her break when she was asked to help me by an associate. After I told them I would be complaining about them, they changed the tone and instead of complaining to started talking to me like I was stupid... talking to me slowly and loudly. I asked Kris to not speak to me like that and she just laughed. Manager said "make sure you tell them we gave you a discount we didn't have to". Again, rudely. And also told me I didn't know what kind of day she'd had. (So she takes it out on me -the customer???) Alongside apparels, there were many accessories available like socks, sunglasses, bags, flip flops, and small jewelry. Items had excellent cheap prices, with discounts up between 40%-60% on several products. We went to the store to shop clothes for our 6 year old. We found t-shirts and bottoms with her favorite characters like stitch, hello kitty, and Disney characters. The fitting room was easy to use. I also found a cotton t-shirt for only $8. Checkout line was busy but they had several registers open. Staff members were friendly and helpful around the floor and at the checkout as well. We also received additional discount for using Gap credit card. We had the most productive shopping time at this store while exploring this outlet mall.

The woman at the register told me she printed the tag incorrectly and that was for the 2-liter. Ok- no biggie. I asked her to price check the 12 pack on the register and it rung up for $2.49. Score! I went about my shopping and when I got in line to check out the manager (didn't even say hello or who she was or any sort of pleasantry) immediately said "we cannot sell you the starry" and that the "store wasn't authorized to sell it". I tried to tell her the cashier price checked it for me, and she ignored me and TOOK THE CASE OF SODA OUT OF MY CART. Literally moved my things aside and pulled the soda out and walked off. Who does that? She never even once said sorry or provided any explanation. She was a short blond lady with braces. Will NEVER shop there again. Horrible experience!
