The store just opened in October, 2024, and it's so clean and well organized. How clean? Even the dressing rooms were spotless and no dust bunnies! Never seen that in any store. It's a big, bright space with lots of room to walk between the aisles. It's a typical Marshall's in that it has several departments, so a little bit of a lot of different things. Womens, juniors, men's and children's clothing; pet supplies; home goods; bedding; seasonal and everyday decor; shoes; cards, stationary & wrapping paper; pantry & snack items; containers & baskets; shampoo & beauty; handbags; small furniture; silk plants & garden planters; pillows & throws; cleaning supplies; and lots of kitchen gadgets. The women's and juniors section had so many clothing items that I hadn't seen at other Marshall's. For example, I saw Madewell jeans for just $29.99. Lots of pretty sweaters, skirts and slacks to ring in the fall season. It was hard to narrow it down, I wanted so many things! Finally settled for a deep green sweater with a few off-white flowers and a black knit sweater skirt that had the best movement and will go with so many items already in my closet. Trust me, there were several more items I wanted but practiced restraint! Of course I picked up a few kitchen gadgets, storage canisters and pantry items - a weakness of mine. Staff was super friendly, and the young lady at the fitting room also helped me decide which outfits looked best. Parking right out front including 2 handicapped spots. Will definitely be making a Marshall's stop whenever I am out this way which is several times a year when I go to the tulip festival, Iris and peony gardens and Swan Island Dahlias. A Marshall's haul will always enhance an already fun outing.

I was sorry to see the old management go and learn they had fired all personnel, but I also understand that they had a different business plan, and sometimes this sort of thing is needed to make a fresh start with new policies. I've mostly been happy when consigning although sometimes the low price they place on a Pendleton or Clarks item I've consigned blows my mind and I try not to get upset. I've mostly been pretty satisfied with the amount of items they accept from me to consign (I'd say they accept at least 80% of what I've brought in), but the last time, I brought in over 30 items, most new but without tags, and they didn't accept one single item! One has to consider their current stock and think maybe they already have something like you brought in, and they didn't take? But I was bummed as I am an old lady and had to schlepp my stuff to my car from my apartment and then into the store, and then the reverse. I'm sorry to hear of the many complaints about employee attitudes here. That has not been my experience in the least! I'm always asked if I need assistance and they scramble to help me find things that are going past their consign-by date (when they would ordinarily go on sale or get donated), when I want to rescue something from them that I've consigned. I DO like to shop the discounted items in each section and appreciate how they put them on the end of each section, so I can walk down the main aisle and peruse them. These items (priced according to the current % off color that hangs from the ceiling) used to be sprinkled throughout the store and not kept together in each section, so for us bargain shoppers, this is a fantastic way to shop!

There are lots of broken items, if that's what you were looking for. Also the shelves are super full, so you should find what you're looking for. Most likely the glass is going to someone who pays more than the public since it's one of the items we don't see much of at the bins. Rubber stamps are also over priced, but you will find those at the bins for a more reasonable price. At a time when things are getting too expensive for most of us, we don't need Goodwill behaving this way. It feels like a betrayal, after we have donated so much. We used to spend lots of money at this shop. Now it is common for us to leave empty handed.

I went about my shopping and when I got in line to check out the manager (didn't even say hello or who she was or any sort of pleasantry) immediately said "we cannot sell you the starry" and that the "store wasn't authorized to sell it". I tried to tell her the cashier price checked it for me, and she ignored me and TOOK THE CASE OF SODA OUT OF MY CART. Literally moved my things aside and pulled the soda out and walked off. Plus tanks, maxi dresses, shawls, ponchos, hats and scarves. The clothing for men is in similar prints and patterns. Button up shirts, pullovers and wide cotton pants. My fave is their long sleeve cotton shirts made in Tiabet with graphic prints of The Tree of Life, sea turtles, elephants, the sun.p, etc. The more you wash them, the softer they get; they are soooocomfortable! I wear them going to and from the gym or just running errands. People always stop me and compliment them. Today I bought a charcoal gray with a graphic print of two entwined elephants. Like the other Kathmandu stores, there are lots of Hindu goddess statues, meditation bowls, tapestries, ponchos, shawls, beaded bracelets, an entire shelf along the wall stocked with incense, some silver jewelry and lots of pillows.
