This DUI program is causing people to not complete their programs but, also stopping people to work from COVID 19. Since September 2020 they have been dark..documents were sent to attendees for acknowledgement of continuing program but, its six months later nothing. Not an email, text, phone call but, this is leaving tax payers who are trying to complete program with nothing. Bi - Bette may even try to come back and make attendees complete the entire program again. When you get a DUI, the entire system is designed to punish. After sleeping on the floor of the prison cell with the smell and refrigerator temperatures, even your lawyer may turn out to privately believe you should be punished. Every individual you encounter along the way almost seems to subconsciously believe they are enhancing the social good by furthering your punishment in any way they can find. Bi Bett fits this profile. They will enhance your punishment by being as inflexible as possible. 30 seconds late joining a class because you were in the restroom, even though you had all the equipment set up and ready to go? You will literally not be admitted into the class. You missed the entire class and you will be charged; and if you call asking why, you will be spoken to angrily on the phone and dehumanized as a criminal. Able to squeeze in an extra class on Saturday morning for credit, because the family doesn't need you to drive the kids to soccer? You can't take that class. No particular reason, other than to enhance your punishment. Join if you want, but you will receive no credit. Your enrollment counsellor told you otherwise? Well, she's overruled by the manager, sorry, you wasted your time. They made an administrative error in determining when your first class will begin? Well that's on you, sorry, you take the punishment. The culture at Bi-Bett is to run the ship in such a manner to enhance your punishment. The individuals working at Bi-Bett will relish in their ability to punish you by making the system as difficult as possible. They need to play their role in your punishment. It's run like an authoritarian Russion gulag. And, frankly, it's nearly a monopoly, so they can-- since nearly every other alternative was closed down during the pandemic. So you have few other choices. If I could just take 20 lashes on a pole and get it over with, that would seem preferable. Alright guys... First off, FUCK another DUI, I AM NOT going through this shit again!! On citas! Anyway, I give this place a thumbs up. Why? Because, not only is this place the cheapest in the bay, but this place has employees that keeps it real. I mean, damn, we just got a DUI... What's there to hide? Call & make the appointment. Pay attention, handle your shit & get it done ASAP so you can move on with life! Right after court I looked around for DUI programs which offered the cheapest fees & found this joint. I called @ around 9:30a & got a quick response. I know we're in some shit but don't let your inner struggle effect those you're trying to talk to. There's a time to be obnoxious/arrogant & there's a time to keep it straight up/professional. Don't take it personal when u get Patricia on the line telling you what it is cuz it seriously is what u need to do, so just follow directions. If you don't understand something, ask a question & make sure it's clear! For those first offenders, we're all in the same boat. It got holes. Gotta pay dues because of our bad decisions. I've read a lot of hate regarding Patricia, and those that do, either have narrow or too high of an expectation in regards to human relations. Patricia is blunt & direct. She's not gonna beat around the bush & tell you softly, she's not gonna cry for you, you're an adult, fuckin handle your own shit! What? You're gonna cry & pout so that others can feel empathetic & give you some slack?! What are you, 8years old? Grow up!! One thing you gotta understand is that these counsellors have been in our situation if not worse! They get us. They KNOW what we're going through & they know what we NEED to do. Yeah, they might show movies & it might seem like a waste of your time. Yeah, they might say some shit that we think we know. Yeah, we've heard it before, etc, but hey, this is what we gotta complete so just enjoy what you can with your time instead of complaining like an 8 year old. If you think you're the only one walking through fire, YOURE NOT. Bi-bett is chill in terms of counsellors. The education portion of the program has got to be the most boring aspect, but there's great information that you can apply to yourself if you pay attention to lecture. The materials they show during education gets DEEP if you can stay engaged & I gotta admit that one movie has left its mark. Group is the second half of the program & is also chill, you just sit in a circle & share experiences/answer group questions related to key topics. It's similar to the movies but without the "hi, my name is Joe, & I'm an alcoholic" line. This place works if you're willing & open to changing yourself, but you first gotta WANT to change your habits. These counsellors, especially Patricia, will keep it 100 & will tell you what it is. Just take it in cuz sometimes we need someone to tell us what we already know so that we can help ourselves that much more. I give this place a moderate 5stars because you may encounter a substitute counselor who sucks, but you gotta adapt because they do have different methods in relieving some inner struggle. Pay your dues, & move on with your life as a better person. Change yourself. These counsellors @ bi-bett are stepping stones for you to change. Take advantage. Keep it real WITH YOURSELF. Not for nobody else, but FOR YOURSELF! It's easy to hate, the real pleasure is giving props & showing love. Bi-Bett has added on top of my wisdom & strength. read more

M. Lucila Echeverria best group counseling! I wish they were more people like Maria. (5) stars for Maria. I really enjoyed participating in her classes. She is very helpful and I believe the only one that really cares for her students. Always on time , returning phone calls or text to her students. We need more Spanish counseling like Maria, I took some classes in English an also Spanish and all her classes are fun to be in. Bibeet did a lot of changes but it looks like it's worse. Front desk lady's never answer any phone calls. Voice mail is always full , very bad experience when calling Bibeet. read more

I was told for the cost just ignore the horrible service. So when the sweetest woman named Penelope answered the phone I was totally caught off guard. Just want to leave a good review. Some of the instructors have overcome addiction issues and have shared their personal experiences with clients like me. They have all been courteous and gracious with their time. I caused the problem for which I have to attend the classes and group sessions. Notwithstanding, I have been treated with dignity and respect the entire time. I have learned a lot about myself and things I need to do to improve my life. I've met lots of good people in this program. We all come from different backgrounds, but are here for one common reason. Never ever getting another DUI again. I did a 9 month program here and it actually went pretty well. Josie is the head honcho, she seems like a meanie because she used to be a probation officer but she's honestly super nice and is there to help you. Priscilla is the office assistant that reschedules your classes and basically your point of contact if you need anything. Such a sweetheart. Deborah is kinda annoying, she is one of the counselors and teaches education and groups. She's a scolder, basically tells you if you drink alcohol again your gonna die or some bs like that lol like chill no I'm not, some people have it under control. But other than that she is helpful and has lots of knowledge. Pancho used to be a counselor but something happened to him mid way through my program and stopped coming. He was the best. My time here went by super slow but it wasn't THAT bad. I'm glad it is over there and again I AM NEVER DRINKING AND DRIVING AGAIN read more

First, I'd like to say thank you to the staff and especially Aztec and the man they call Stan. Lol. They taught me alot and helped me get my life back on track after my dui mess up. They helped me get my license back and gave me the tools I needed to be a better, smarter and wiser person. Today I just complete my 3 month class and although I am happy to have completed my cases I will for sure miss the group sessions. Stan was great! Very informative, extremely knowledgeable, honest and will always give it to you straight. The man does not play! He does not tolerate being tardy, use of cell phones in group, talking out of turn disrupting group sessions, showing up to class intoxicated, speaking of issues not related to drugs and alcohol, and being disrespectful.
