And for the love of god, do NOT give them your phone number. I finally had to block them...and then they started texting via a different number. They wanted MSRP for a two year old bike even with the newest models arriving in the next month or so. I can get that same bike, same year, for 2K less -the same price it would be worth the moment I rolled it off the Karl Malone lot. That said, the parts department on the other hand was amazing -quick, thorough and affordable. The next time I need a part, I am going to find a side entrance just to avoid the showroom.

Parts get ordered but don't come in, then when it does come in I don't get notified. Then I get told that there are a number of other parts that would need to be ordered but they don't know if they can get them. They make a "pick list" and will call about the parts. I never get a call and almost every time I call, no one at service or parts pick up. I usually have to go to the store to get any response. I do not recommend this store.

If you cannot offer a service why would you say you can take someone else's money for reservation of appointment. I have photos with geo tag saying the burn down happened before my appointment. If you needed money to rebuild your business then just say so and be honest instead of leading people on and continually pushing out their appointment dates. Turns out the front tires they put 69 lbs of air in when the vehicle says it should be at 52. Employee told me there's no sensor in the tires and it needs to be adjusted on the computer But they filled it correctly. I checked the pressure when I got home. It's at 69. have had the phone ringing for about 10 minutes and they aren't picking up. I would like to ensure the tires they put on sont have to be at 69 lbs so I can let air out and the alarm goes off the dash.
