From the very beginning, I asked clear, reasonable questions and stated multiple times that I wanted everything in writing before a phone call. Instead of answers, my messages were repeatedly read and reacted to, but completely ignored for days at a time. The only thing I received were pictures -- not a single one of my actual questions was answered. I followed up multiple times because I was genuinely interested and had funds ready to buy a new bike. Each time, I could see my messages were read, sometimes "hearted," yet no response came. That is not a communication issue -- that is choosing not to respond. Eventually, Blake explained that he was on vacation in Mexico and claimed he passed my information to his sales manager, Broc, to handle the sale. Despite that, I still was not contacted for days. No text, no voicemail, no email. I was called once while I was at work, but no voicemail was left, so I couldn't even confirm who the call was from. Communication still did not improve. The only reason Broc eventually reached out at all was because I contacted a different YoungPowersports location myself. Only then did anyone seem to realize I was a serious buyer. That shows a complete lack of internal follow‑through and accountability. What makes this even more frustrating is that I am younger than both Blake and Broc, yet I communicated more professionally than either of them. I was respectful, clear, patient, and persistent -- and still ignored. I literally just wanted to buy a new bike. I had the money ready. This should have been an easy sale. Blake eventually apologized and admitted the service was poor, but an apology doesn't undo days of being ignored, wasted time, or a lost sale. If this is how YoungPowersports treats someone actively trying to give them money, I would be very concerned about how they handle customers after the sale. This experience shows poor communication, poor management oversight, and a lack of professionalism from both Blake and Broc. Serious buyers should be aware that even with money in hand, you may be ignored, reacted to instead of answered, and left to chase down basic information yourself.

They did ask my guy friend who was just kind of meandering around by himself. And when it came to his bike, he wanted to see if they would take a look at it. They wanted to charge him $170 just to look at it.. So I drove down to Monarch Honda in Orem.... dropped off his bike that was not working and I rode home on my brand new CBR 1000 RR. Devon was such a God send. After a brief conversation he pin pointed the possible problem and Will the mechanic took it from there. We had to replace both wiring harnesses on the handle bars-they were mangled pretty bad from a previous handlebar switch out. They treated us like family, as travelers they put us at the front of the line and got us set up in their upstairs cushy waiting room upstairs. While we waited the parts manager Greg gave us an awesome tip on where to ride as we headed toward Aspen. Guardman pass was all he said it would be and more. Thank you. Will got us fixed up and on our way, confident that the job was done right this time and we got home to Tulsa without any more issues. He went above and beyond! As a loyal customer, I believe that feeling valued and empowered is essential. Even if it means paying a bit more, I'm willing to invest in a relationship built on trust. I also believe in giving businesses the opportunity to make things right when mistakes are made, and I appreciate it when they take ownership of their errors and make amends. Recently, I had an experience with Intermountain Harley Davidson that left me feeling disappointed. Last September, I purchased a Softail, and while I was excited about the bike, I noticed some issues that needed to be addressed. There were five spirit bells and some accessories still on the bike, and the clutch was a bit difficult to shift into neutral. I removed the accessories and bells, and Harley adjusted the clutch. I thought that was the end of the issue, but unfortunately, it was only the beginning. This spring, when I took my bike in for servicing, I was shocked to discover that the oil was dirty, the plugs were black, the brake pads were worn down, and the tires were nearly bald. I took the plugs to Intermountain Harley Davidson and spoke with Blake, the salesperson who had sold me the bike. He acknowledged my concerns and confirmed that the bike had not been properly serviced before the sale. He even went so far as to say that I had been 'screwed over.' He promised to make things right, but unfortunately, he didn't follow through. After being ghosted for a week, I finally got in touch with him, and he offered to give me a free oil change. However, I declined, as I didn't feel that it was enough to restore my trust. As a loyal customer, I had expected more from Intermountain Harley Davidson. I've been doing business with them for 16 years, and I've purchased four bikes from them. My daughters have also purchased bikes from them, and we've always taken our bikes to them for servicing. Unfortunately, this experience has left a sour taste in my mouth. My message to others is to be aware of the importance of trust and transparency in business relationships. If you're considering purchasing a bike from Intermountain Harley Davidson, make sure to ask for proof of service. Don't be afraid to speak up if something doesn't feel right, and always get promises in writing. Remember, trust is a two-way street, and it's essential to prioritize it in any business relationship. As I move forward, I'll be taking my business elsewhere, and I hope that Intermountain Harley Davidson will take my experience as an opportunity to reflect on the importance of building trust with their customers.
