I was upfront about everything and never tried to hide my intentions. I even planned to come back the next day to finish the paperwork once financing was squared away. But as soon as I said I wouldn't be signing that night without the confirmed rate, the tone shifted. I was pressured in front of the entire team, questioned on whether I had talked to other dealers, and even had a sarcastic offer of a $500 check if the rate wasn't what they insisted it would be--right in front of everyone. It stopped feeling like a professional transaction and started feeling like an ego contest. After I left, I received multiple texts that became increasingly guilt-trippy and unprofessional--accusing me of backing out, being dishonest, and placing blame over a "40-cent monthly difference." The reality is, I walked because of how I was treated, not the rate or the money. Everyone has the right to pause and confirm financing on a major purchase. If a dealership can't respect that, it says everything. I ended up finding a better experience elsewhere--no pressure, no theatrics, just transparency and respect.

The staff here all seemed nice, but I have the highlight just the ones I worked with. Since the first day coming here Morgan was the one who worked with me and a friend to get our bikes. He was always kind, respectful, and eager to get us what we wanted. When my bike finally did arrive he notified me the day of via text and sent me pictures and updates when it was finally ready for me to come and pick up. Jamie who was part of the financing department was awesome as well; when I changed my mind about something the day after signing she worked with me to get done what I wanted, no hesitation at all. I love my bike! And I couldn't be more thankful for the experience of getting it! Go see Morgan! He will get you what you want one way or another.

They were there to help in every step of the process -- very experienced and knowledgeable! As for the bike... WOW!! What can I say. This is my second Ducati and I absolutely love the build quality, design and performance. No wonder they're wining all the MOTOGP races. I highly recommend the Ducati brand and wouldn't go elsewhere to purchase a bike other than Eurosports of Utah!! Thanks Morgan, Gennaro and Troy!! p.s. Had my Panigale serviced there about a month ago and I was very pleased and impressed with their professionalism. Great communication! No surprises. Overall experience with these guys A+++

I'm really disappointed with my experience here due to pricing and lack of transparency…read more I was initially charged $200 to disassemble my forks. When I later brought them back already fully disassembled and provided all required parts, I was charged $412 just for reassembly, plus an additional $35 in "parts" charges, despite the fact that all parts used were my own. In total, this came out to around $700 for the disassembly and reassembly of forks that were already OFF the bike. That pricing simply does not make sense. I've previously worked in a motorcycle shop and as a service writer, so I'm familiar with standard labor practices. Reassembly typically takes less time than disassembly, and when customers provide parts or bring components in pre-disassembled, labor time and parts charges are usually reduced. None of that was reflected here. I was never given a clear shop labor rate, the receipt was extremely vague, and when I asked for clarification on how the charges were calculated, I was not provided any meaningful details beyond "that's just how we do it." For a professional service shop, this lack of transparency and the final cost feel unreasonable. Customers deserve clear labor rates, itemized receipts, and pricing that reflects the actual work performed. Unfortunately, that was not my experience, and I would not recommend this shop.

The staff I've interacted with have all been professional, friendly, and helpful. Right now as they're still in the process of finalizing everything with the remodel and the new lineup, things are a little hectic and not everything is in stock, but they've done their best and have ordered more than a few parts for me already. I also had a concern with my bike and wanted it looked at before I took it out on a week-long trip. They were super busy and still managed to squeeze it into a bay for a small adjustment to help me out. Ask for Chris if you need parts - great guy to work with.

Also the freight/dealership fees would fluctuate from one write up to the next. It was really annoying and I basically didn't even want the bikes anymore. Aside from this, they (Young's) had a week to track down one bike in particular; a KLX300 dual sport. They didn't. On the day we came in to purchase they clearly had JUST asked a sister dealership about the 300. Well guess what? The 300 sold. This led hubby to finding Karl Malone. They had a 300 they needed to build. We had them build it, got the pricing solidified and picked it up a couple of days later. It was so easy working with them we began to wonder if they had the rest of the bikes we wanted. So when we went to pick up the 300, we asked about the other bikes and discovered they had everything but the KLX230S. It took us less than 2 hours to make a deal on 4 bikes!! They were straight forward with the negotiations and our sales guy, Scott, was great to work with. He was responsive and straightforward- 2 qualities we value and appreciate. Regretfully, I did end up buying the 230S from Young's because we didn't want to wait for that bike. But the other 5 bikes we got from Karl Malone- and I only wish we'd found them sooner. It would've saved us from the headaches, frustration and mind games Young's plays.
