My mechanic was skilled and quick, it only took him just a few minutes to change everything out and I was set to go. I've added them as a contact for future repairs, so I'm recommending them here for anyone else that needs auto servicing.

This will be long because these guys deserve a proper review. We were in town from Las Vegas and…read morewere staying in Provo. All the eletrical in our car went out we assumed we needed a battery which is something we change out every few years because Vegas summers are brutal. We changed it out but the battery light kept flashing on and off we thought we need to drive the car so the battery can juice up the car. We drove from Provo to SLC for a graduation and on our way back at around 9000 S. the electrical started going out again and we pulled over at a Maverick. We were told after making a call to a shop that its probably the alternator considering the battery change didnt fix the issue. They also told us that they werent available to take it until the next week which wasnt an option for us because we had to get back for work. I went on Yelp and Best Buds Mobile service popped up with 5 star reviews so I called. The gentleman that answered was genuine as explained that we thought it was the alternator. He gave me a quote that was within what I was willing to pay. I asked him if he had a number to a tow place so I can get it towed to them. He said "its ok we come to you". I was surprised but then "duh" it says "mobile" in their name. He also told me it would probably be about and hour and a half for them to repair. WHAT! It really did seem too good to be true. The shop we had previously called quoted us double what these guys quoted. They literally showed up within 30 min they arrived at that Maverick parking lot and probably less than the time frame he told me it would take them to fix it we were on our way back to Provo and now we are home and our car is running perfectly! These guys are a gem! I Googled the cost to replace the alternator and they were within the range. So Im going to say they are honest. I wish they were in in Vegas. But now we know if there are any car repair needs for us when in Utah or our family we will be reffering Best Buds Mobile Services. Thank you for the best auto repair service we have hands down ever had!

They are extremely communicative, timely, honest, and their prices cannot be beaten. After getting my oil changed and alignment at another competing shop, I was told my cabin air filter, right CV axle, and battery, with 76% CCA remaining, needed to be replaced. I called four shops to get quotes for replacing the right CV axle. All of them came in within about 10-20% of each other, except Immaculate. I spoke with Bill at Immaculate, and he quickly provided an exact quote for the right CV axle, which came in at 60% lower than the quoted price from the other shops. He also advised me not to replace the battery, but to get it checked closer to winter. After shopping around, I called Bill back to get a quote using OEM parts, and he happily provided it. This all occurred on Friday, July 3rd, between 2:30 and 4:00 p.m. He also told me he could get my car scheduled for Tuesday. I thought it over the weekend and called Bill on Monday to schedule it for Wednesday. When I brought the car in, I asked them to check and quote several other items in addition to replacing the right CV axle, including two windshield wipers, two tires with mounting, balancing, and rotation, the engine air filter, cabin air filter, and a transmission drain and fill. I made several calls to Bill regarding different tire brands, tire warranties, and other options, and he happily helped every time. He always provided accurate quotes, and if he didn't have an answer, he would find out and call me back. Everything was completed the same day, and Bill brought the total price down to less than the cost of just replacing the CV axle at three other shops. I also had the chance to interact with KC, who happily answered my calls and questions when Bill wasn't available and even performed the tire rotation himself. As someone who grew up in the car business, I've never had a better experience with a service center than this. The combination of honesty, communication, service, pricing, and workmanship is outstanding. I would recommend Immaculate to anybody, including friends and family, without hesitation. I'm also posting this review six weeks later to say that not a single thing has been wrong with my vehicle. It drives like a dream. Thank you to Bill, KC, and the entire Immaculate team for such an exceptional experience. You've earned my business for years to come!

They are very honest and I didnt feel like I was going to get scammed. I was a little nervous walking up to a used car dealership. But everything went great. The other amazing thing was, I bought front break pads from the Mercedes dealership and I asked them if they could use those and change them since I couldnt return it back. They said yes! This is unheard of. Most service companies make money off of parts. But these guys were great. The dealership was clean and everyone was nice. I do most of the work myself because I want to avoid people scamming me. I have already told 4 people about this and plan on posting about it on instagram to let everyone know. Companies need to know if you dont scam people and work with them they will get more business. But companies are trying to get as much from customoers. Thank you KC you were the best! As such, I've taken my car to at least 15 mechanics over the last 5 years. I was getting so frustrated, and asked a neighbor for a referral. Immediately they suggested Scotty's auto repair because of the honesty of the business. They told me that he started his own business because he didn't support the shady way the previous business was being handled. Scott and Jordan are fair, willing to work with you, and they let you decide what you'd like done with your car, giving you options, instead of telling you. I've never felt like they were taking advantage of me and I appreciate their honesty. If anything, I think the honest way they handle their business makes them worth a million stars in my eyes. I'll give you some examples. I asked about my tires, and instead of telling me they need to be replaced they told me they'd last for at least another 4 months. They offered to get me a similar mirror not made by the dealership, for a fraction of the cost. They only do mechanical work, not wheels/tires or body work, but they're perfectly willing to recommend places they trust to me. As another credit to them, they also tell me what to look for when finding a body shop that identifies a shady business. They will do whatever they can to save you money. They even offered to drive us home or pick us up! They are small, they are personal, and I will return there every chance I get as long as I'm in the state. Scott and Jordan, hats off to you!

Let me start by saying that I typically do ALL auto repairs myself, because I learned the hard way…read moreearly on that is difficult to truly trust mechanic shops, unnecessary repairs and upselling. I have been traveling a LOT for work recently, so I had nowhere enough time to do this particular repair myself, so I needed to find a good mechanic to get this done while I was away. Now, I already knew exactly what the problem was (bad alternator in my Highlander), I knew exactly how long it would take to remove the old one, install the new one and reassemble the radiator hose. I also knew ~about what the hourly labor rate 'should' be, so I was already preparing for pushback from any new mechanic I was going to deal with. Well, with a few bids, I heard back from Abril (owner of Timing Auto Repair) almost IMMEDIATELY. I told him what the "symptoms" were, but not much else. He was MORE than accommodating with my quick timeframe for turnaround time and also let me drop the car off the night before my trip. He had the Manager of the shop (Anthony) reach out to me right away to discuss. Well unbelievably enough, they reached out to me and identified the problem... which was EXACTLY what I thought it was and also quoted the EXACT amount of time for labor that I had planned on, as well as the most fair hourly rate amongst all the other bids from competing garages. Their communication was absolutely impeccable and frequent! They even followed up a few days after just to see how everything was running and check to ensure I was satisfied with their work. Let me tell you... NOWHERE in Salt Lake City will you find: 1. A more honest group of mechanics 2. Anyone that provides the level of communication 3. ANYBODY more accommodating 4. A Mechanic that you REALLY want to go back to NOWHERE. PERIOD. Honest work is what you can expect from this shop, nothing less (but a whole lot more!). I've never (NEVER) been more inclined to write a review before, and these guys TRULY deserve it. I have ZERO hesitation recommending this business to ANYONE, because well... they not only provide over-the-top customer service and top-notch work, but they provided me with peace of mind. I now have a place I can trust and not have to worry about any "back and forth negotiating" for unnecessary repairs. ***TRUST ME - Not only will you WANT to bring your auto repairs here... you absolutely NEED to! *** Thank you, Abril & Anthony, for a paramount A+ experience at your Auto Shop! He broke it to me that the car required more repairs than it was worth, and that my current shop was not doing a good job at maintaining my car. Maybe he felt bad for me, maybe he wanted to make a show of good faith, but he didn't even charge me for the diagnostic in that instance. I ended up selling that car for scrap and eventually buying a new car. I brought the new car in for a pre-purchase inspection and WOW, Jessy and his team really showed their true colors on how thorough they are! They checked absolutely everything. They even checked the cabin air filter because he told me that a rodent had built a nest in it. They found things that other shops had missed. Is there such a thing as being too thorough? Jessy might be! But I'd rather have my auto shop be extremely thorough and triple check everything rather than be sloppy and miss things. Their attention to detail and commitment to quality is obvious, right down to how they require appointments for their shop. They want to make sure that every single car gets the attention it needs. I can't recommend Mike Palmer enough and even though I don't live in the neighborhood anymore, I will make the trek to come back here for my auto repairs and recommend them to all my friends. Jessy is a truly honest mechanic who just wants to help you do your best to maintain your car. How do I know? They're not trying to make money nickel and diming you on easy fixes. He could have fixed the cabin air filter for me without asking and taken the easy win but instead he said, that's an easy fix and I easily figured out how to replace it on my own. He wasn't bothered by the fact that I wanted to change my own oil either. Jessy is your true ally in keeping your car running in tip top condition the best way possible.
