I based my 1st review off of my first visit with him, in which of course he tries to convince you that he can do the job. They ask you for a good review in exchange to be entered to win an electric toothbrush. I have 2 crowns that he did that are a hot mess and he will take no accountability for it at all. When I asked him if I could request redo of the crowns or contacting the lab, he straight up said "NO". You should not have to keep going back and forth doing multiple adjustments with crowns. Whatever is inconvenient for him he will not do but whatever is inconvenient for the patient he will be glad to do. This last visit with him was a mess. He seems to have amnesia about things that he says or what is happening. When i brought up things that was discussed at previous visit related to certain areas with the teeth, he apparently didn't remember or did not want to remember. He tells me " I wish I could feel what your feeling, because it looks fine" How about you take them back off and see what went wrong. That would have been a great start, rather than doing multiple adjustments on crowns and still having the same issue To second that I had an appointment scheduled on the 12th of July. I arrive and the office is closed. I was then scheduled for the 16th and went in. Dr. Jindia was sitting at the front desk, did not say a word and did not even recognize the fact that I showed up to an appointment that was scheduled and nobody was there. So he basically says he can't do anything for me after he has been paid in full. I went back to my endo, did a whole CT and the root canal looks awesome so there is nothing wrong there. During my first visit, they used advanced technology to examine my teeth, which made the experience much more comfortable compared to past dental visits. Because I needed more extensive care due to my lack of flossing, I had to schedule a separate appointment for a deep cleaning. That experience also went really well. The dentist was warm, reassuring, talked me through the process, and truly got down and dirty with my plaque haha. Overall, I felt cared for and comfortable throughout the process. I also received a consultation with Dr. Girgis and he took a look at my dental situation and agreed with my dentist on the proposed course of action. Even with all of that work he and his staff did for me he refused to let me pay and told me they were happy to help. What kind of provider does that anymore? I'm writing this because this is the third time the front office has made mistakes with my…read moreinformation. They keep mixing me up with other patients, giving me wrong details over the phone, and then telling me something completely different when I show up. Today they turned me away saying my insurance wasn't active. I had to leave work early for this. My wife later checked, and they admitted they confused me with someone else. This isn't the first time. Another time they told me my insurance wouldn't cover my dental work because I hit a limit. Then they called me again saying everything was fine and to come in. When I got there, they told me the opposite. I've wasted my time multiple times because of their errors. I work long hours and have to leave early since they close at five, so this has been frustrating and inconvenient. I'm not even going to get into the dental work too much, but the quality hasn't been great either. If they're billing my insurance, the least they can do is use materials that don't fall apart in a couple months. The front office really needs people who know what they're doing. Overall, the customer service and communication at this office have been terrible. I won't be coming back.
