I also received a consultation with Dr. Girgis and he took a look at my dental situation and agreed with my dentist on the proposed course of action. Even with all of that work he and his staff did for me he refused to let me pay and told me they were happy to help. What kind of provider does that anymore? I went there for a regular cleaning and Dr.Nochez told me that I had 2 root canals and 4 cavities totaling 6000 dollars AFTER my insurance was applied. That didn't sound right, so I went to a different dentist for a second opinion and was told that my "root canals" were actually FILLINGS, which were completely covered. When I called my insurance company, Delta Dental, they told me that even if I did need root canals, my copay was around 2,000... NOT 6,000. Please try your luck elsewhere. Had I not gotten a second opinion, I would've overpaid for unnecessary dental work.
