And my heart goes out to the customer service reps in the Philippines -- I assume they are paid lousy, and they are given absolutely no power or knowledge about how to actually fix problems. It's hard to not get enraged at them because they are the only people AmeriGas make it possible to talk to. Someone, like the AG, needs to sue this company. They provide a fundamental service that makes it a public-interest utility -- people have to have heat. AmeriGas corporate officers -- re-set your organization and your ethics.

I then called the location and again confirmed this was an associate. On 12/11/2020 I arrived and long story short was told that they did not know how to install the tow hitch on my particular model and I waited 45 min to wait for this answer. How do employees say they are going to work on your car but then tell you to your face that they don't know how to complete the work. Especially after waiting two months! Unacceptable.
