We got towed to Good Sense and the mechanic had us up and running in a couple of hours. We made it home safely. While at the shop, it was very obvious that Good Sense was very busy and did not need our business. However, they welcomed us, as they understood we were in an emergency situation. Our front jacks would not extend, Norwood our main living room and kitchen slides. Luckily for us, our floor plan still allowed us to reach half the refrigerator, the bedroom and bathroom. Upon arrival in town, we searched the RV tech reviews, and decided to call Sean. We left a message for them to call the next morning and they did call, at 7 AM! We talked to Michelle, who informed us that Sean would be at his shop until 3 PM and we were welcome to stop by. She gave us the address and Google maps did not do such a great job considering the length of our RV, and suggesting u-turns. With the RV and truck we're close to 60 feet long. So make sure you double check other options! We should've come in over the railroad tracks and turn left onto Oak, and follow it straight back. Sean and his son Jayden, were absolutely wonderful. They diagnosed our problem quickly to get us back on our way. We had such a great experience and they saved us so much time, that we actually went to Blake's Lotaburger and bought them lunch! For us too, of course. They were kind enough to allow us to drop the RV while we ran to get the lunch and diesel. I would imagine that would depend on how much room they have in their parking area. I cannot highly recommend Sean enough. It's been such a positive experience that he's became or go to RV tech, even if we have to drive out of our way as we are full-time RV'ers

I have never taken possession of it. There was an issue with the front windshield, which kept popping out at the top corner. They replaced the windshield, but the problem continued. They took the motorhome to Tom's RV Service for further assistance. It turns out that this problem is inherent to the specific model I purchased. Tom did some research and found a remedy, which involves welding some cross braces to the lower framework. Tom repeatedly gave reasons why the work was not completed. One of which was valid and I understood that specific delay. However, that was several months ago, and the work still is not done. This is not the first time a delay has happened to me at Tom's. Several years ago I took an older motorhome to him for repairs. He sat on it for over a year before work was even started on it. I do NOT recommend Tom's RV Service. I had the replacement filter, but it turned out to be the wrong one. No problem for Mike. A quick call and 15 minutes later he had the right one. He didn't even charge me a mark up. He also did a few extra things like adjusting my exhaust pipe. No charge. His hourly rate is below that of the big guys. Yes, the shop is not shiny new and sparkling clean. There is no comfy lounge. There is a lot of grease and dust...and SUPERIOR SERVICE. If you need your diesel serviced in the Albuquerque area, skip the dealers, see Mike and leave happy.

After spending an hour in an Auto Zone parking lot, we found out we couldn't fix it. Spent the night in hopes of finding a repair shop, only to find none open on Saturday morning. After searching the internet, and many phone calls, a great friend in Texas found a great man in Los Lunas. A phone call, sent pictures, and we were headed to his house. He worked on. The spindle, added new bearings and repacked the others, while working on it in the street. Very friendly , knowledgeable and fast. Robert with ACE Trailer Repair had us back on the road in less than an hour and half. Very reasonable price and great service.
