And my heart goes out to the customer service reps in the Philippines -- I assume they are paid lousy, and they are given absolutely no power or knowledge about how to actually fix problems. It's hard to not get enraged at them because they are the only people AmeriGas make it possible to talk to. Someone, like the AG, needs to sue this company. They provide a fundamental service that makes it a public-interest utility -- people have to have heat. AmeriGas corporate officers -- re-set your organization and your ethics.

After 25 minutes of waiting, I finally made it to the front of the line: both workers got on their phones, ignoring me more. So 30 minutes in, the older gent asked if he could help, so I told him I just wanted a propane refill. He told me to put my tank on the scale outside by their refill station & he'd be right there. I did. I waited. And waited. And waited some more. I went back inside after 20 more minutes and the older gent was nowhere to be seen, the younger guy running back and forth. I went back to my vehicle and waited. Another 10 minutes passed. I went back inside but NO ONE WAS THERE!!! I could have robbed the place. Seriously. On my way back out, the younger gent ran past & asked what was up, so I told him I was waiting for a propane refill. He said he wasn't qualified to do refills but the other guy would be back soon. WHAT?!?! He left? Knowing how refills work, I even hooked up my tank at their station, just needed a key to unlock it. Another 10 minutes passed. The original 'gent' finally showed up and came over, looked at my tank, said he couldn't refill it, it was too old, then walked back inside (it's two years old). No apologies, just RUDE behavior and a lot of wasted time. My money was no good at this location... it was chump change I guess. No big contract, no sale. I'd rate them a -1 if I could. Over 1 hour of my time wasted for a 5 minute job. Nope. Don't go to this place. 26 Sept 2025 p.s. Home Depot rents & sells much of the same stuff for cheaper.

We called Air-gas and they weren't very kind so we ended up calling Praxair on Comanche and they were beyond helpful and my company and all my friends will definitely do business with Praxair instead of Air-gas for now on. I was very impressed on how precessional those two men we're. This company definitely deserves a 5 star rating for all their super knowledgeable Information they gave us.
