His professionalism and ability to customize every workout to my needs makes him stand out from other trainers. He doesn't just show up with a routine that most trainers would follow. He creates a program that's tailored to me and constantly adjusts it based on my progress, needs, and feedback. What sets Vinn apart is how he factors in my weekly activities, sports, any issues I'm dealing with, and then creates workouts that incorporate all that. He mixes it up and keeps things engaging. He also explains the reasoning behind each plan and how it ties into my goals. It's helped me with weight loss, toning, or improving performance in the sports I play. He also talks to me about nutrition, injury prevention, and overall wellness. You can tell he genuinely cares about his clients and helping them achieve their goals. If you're looking for a personal trainer who is knowledgeable, motivating, and completely invested in your success, I recommend Vinn! I initially signed up thinking it was temporary to help me get on track. Over four years later I couldn't imagine working out without his guidance. He'll come up with a program that's customized for you.

We realized they needed a tailored approach to get stronger and healthier--and Vinn delivered exactly that. He created a private, supportive environment where my parents felt completely comfortable. It was just the three of them, and he paid close attention to their individual fitness levels, designing workouts that challenged them without overwhelming them. The balance he struck was perfect, allowing both my mom and dad to improve at their own pace while working out together. The results have been incredible. Their energy levels have noticeably improved, and they're much more active and confident now. Best of all, we've been able to enjoy activities like hiking as a family again, which wouldn't have been possible before. If you're looking for a personal trainer who is knowledgeable, attentive, and truly cares about helping people reach their goals, Vinn is the one. Highly recommend!

Before I had stumbled into Krank Pompton and had met LJ and the Krank Team I was no stranger when…read moreit came to fitness & health. I was a former athlete during my high school days and had previously worked with a personal trainer for 2 years during my mid college years. I had prior injuries that was aggravated by my experience with my previous trainer and doing CrossFit with an inexperienced and under-qualified CrossFit Coach. I had gained a lot of weight during my senior year of college due to stress, depression from a really bad break up with my ex-girlfriend, and regularly being around alcohol and bad food. I was moving back to the area when I stumbled upon an ad for Krank. I was initially hesitant to come in and try it out at first due to my previous experience doing CrossFit and the intimidating cult like culture I had experienced. I had met LJ, the owner, his assistant and GM Josel, and trainer Valerie during my first week working out at Krank. At that point I had recently just quit smoking and drinking. What I loved during my first week was the non-judgmental and supportive nature of everyone working out. It was still a very intense workout, competitive, but most of all what I loved was I felt like I was part of a family. Getting in shape doesn't have to be tedious, monotonous, and boring. LJ and his team are highly experienced professionals with years of experience in the fitness industry. I love working with LJ, what makes him different is his caring and down to earth attitude. He's not your typical gung-ho trainer. He's very dedicated to helping you get in the best shape possible with a sharp attention to detail and up-to-date and innovative approach to fitness. Josel his assistant is also a very dedicated trainer with a background in physical therapy and is also a former athlete. I enjoyed working with him as he's incorporated physical therapy and rehabilitation into his group training and one-on-one sessions. I used to suffer from chronic lower back pain and a tight neck before I started incorporating Josel's methodology. It's been 8 months, I'm not depressed anymore, I've dropped tons of body fat, gotten rid of my chronic injuries, packed on 15 pounds of lean muscle, and have tons of energy. If you want to get the group fitness experience, never be bored working out, & have the one-on-one training all packed into one, I highly suggest you try it out for a week. One week turned into 30 days, 30 days turned into 8 months. "Do Work Son!"

Their equipment is not only unique but fun and I was fortunate enough to have my first session with Kenton who actually listened to me- listened to my past experiences, my goals, my lifestyle and took all these factors to create a great plan for me. From doing small tests to see where I'm currently at fitness wise to already setting some great goals. I loved how it was very personal, and very motivational. I left feeling GREAT, unlike many other gyms where I get overworked and over exhausted leading to injuries and can not wait to continue my training!

They incorporate both weights and cardio for a total body workout. It's kind of like cross-fit but the workout is the actual full hour (rather than 20 minutes). If I were to offer one suggestion, although they give you time to stretch before and after the workout, it would be nice to be able to take a yoga / flexibility / stretching class as part of the membership there. Maybe like a once a week yoga class. They also have an easy to use app to check in to classes but they don't fill up so you don't need to reserve your spot well in advance. Most of the times I check in on the app on the way to the gym. It's a supportive environment and both Mike & Pasquale know everyone's name. I would have gotten a membership after my groupon expired but I'm moving out of state. But I highly encourage anyone to give it a try!

I've only been going to Ideal for a few weeks but the trainers make each workout intense and worth your time and money. Ideal also has a community feel to it. A lot of the folks that workout here seem to get to know one another which can make the workout a lot more fun and challenging in my opinion. During the work out, you'll probably hate Mike and/or Pasquale. They challenge you and may even yell a little (not in mean way). Their boot camps consist of TRX, rowing, weightlifting, body weights, cardio (running, jumping, etc), free weights, outside activities, etc. Moreover, there are many different rotations of workouts they'll go through within the hour which makes it helpful to get a full-body workout. You'll definitely leave exhausted but happy you came. I also noticed that they tend to use the entire hour. Some places I've gone to only have you workout for about 45-50 min, however the guys at Ideal use the entire 60 min. You really get a good workout in that time. I've started at Ideal by using their Groupon deal but will definitely continue afterwards. This is one of the few boot-camp places that offer unlimited monthly boot-camps and for a price that I think is worth it. I can't recommend this place enough. I love it.
