First off, I am a fitness program skeptic so when there was an introductory 18-day themed challenge, I figured I would try it, but wasn't expecting anything crazy. Well, I fell in love. Using checklists works so well for me and having workouts planned puts me on a path for success. Then officially joining the FLK Method Krew more than 2 years ago, I've become all in. If you are looking to get fit and develop sustainable healthy habits, this is the group for you. But you will get a lot more than that. You will get a leader that really cares about your goals, instructors that make each klass fun and challenging, and a "krew" of women who are unendingly supportive. There are constantly new events and challenges to keep you motivated and inspired. I am grateful for coming across this group when I did, as I now have a greater appreciation for what my body can do and I have a better self image after two kids. Krys and FLK Method have truly changed my life. FLK Method started during COVID when gyms and in-person classes came to a halt, making it the perfect at-home alternative. With gyms and workout classes opening back up, I still find myself sticking to FLK Method. It takes the stress out of having to get up and drive somewhere to get a good workout in and the energy is just the same, if not better, than an in-person workout. Krys and the trainers keep things fun and fresh with monthly accountability challenges, themed classes, giveaways, and super creative merch. The trainers always know everyones name coming to class and makes everyone feel so welcomed on a personal level.
