We stopped in to kill some time one Friday evening and stumbled into our new favorite fast food place in Loudoun. Everything we had was killer, even the service, the (Apple feta) salad was so fresh and flavorful and made my fruit salad hating mom love it. my burger (the number 2) was perfect and not to greasy or sloppy and the beef was so fresh. the chicken was so melt in your mouth moist. the fries, oh my gosh the fries, the best fries I've had at a fast good place. period. the gentlemen that helped us was so friendly and helpful as well. 10/10 will for sure go again and again and again. read more

This is a GREAT burger-chicken-fries restaurant! They use only the best ingredients and it shows. Their burgers are plump, juicy and flavorful l; the chicken is perfectly fried and the French fries are crispy on the outside and creamy deliciousness on the inside. My husband and I stopped by on our way back from Harper's Ferry- hit the spot. We were greeted by the owner who spoke both my language, my husbands, and English as well which was very impressive and made us feel welcome. Hospitality is 60% of the dining experience and this guy knows what he's doing. While we were enjoying our meal (burgers and fries were great) the owner gave some complimentary ice cream to a nearby table with kids. Small gesture but it was kind. I ordered the chicken sandwich and it was okay. I hate chick-fil-a's politics so I try not to eat there, but frankly, their food is way better. My sandwich was swimming in mayo and the chicken tasted like a giant chicken nugget. It wasn't terrible, but it wasn't fantastic. Pulled in to drive-in with my son and looking at the drive-thru menu gave me the first disappointment. All "burgers" on the menu are cheeseburgers, so if I want to actually order a hamburger, I have to order a cheeseburger without cheese. All those choices available on the menu and none for just a standard hamburger, that I can order without making a special order for what I want. Should be fairly basic for a "Burgers Chicken and Fries" place to have hamburgers and cheeseburgers (there is a difference). So, I ended up trying the 3 piece chicken while my son got a cheeseburger without the cheese meals. They did not have all the drink flavors listed available, but after 2 tries, finally was able to get a Sprite. This may have been opening week snafu, but will try again later. My son did like the burger and fries and I can say the fries were good fast food fries. The chicken tasted ok, and seems like they were reusing the KFC equipment without the KFC recipe, so it had similar texture if not the same flavor, but I do not expect them to have that. ** I went back a second trip this time going in the dining room and got the chicken again and it was consistent with my previous experience, so they are trying to maintain their food to a standard which is good. The dining room was clean. So, I hope they can allow a menu option for us hamburger lovers out there. This place has been fairly busy since opening, but today there wasn't much of a line so I figured I would check it out. Only two cars in the drive-through ahead of me at lunchtime is pretty good, even for Purcellville. I ordered the single patty burger combo meal. I typically opt for two but since it was a new place I thought I'd try the standard. The line moves slowly, but that's to be expected as they are still somewhat new and this isn't exactly fast food more "quick service". The burger was actually really good, with the exception of that giant bun. I should have definitely gone for the double patty to even up the burger to bun ratio, but that being said it was still delicious once I tore some of the excess bun off. Everything tasted fresh and was well put together. The fries are definitely a highlight - they aren't what you receive at a typical restaurant, they just seem to be much better quality. Pros: Good food, fairly clean except for the sticky floor. Cons: Staff Been there twice. First time was right after they opened and I went in with my son. The floor was sticky but otherwise the place was clean. It was lunchtime and no one was eating inside. The service wasn't rude and the server didn't act like she wanted to see me dead. The second time was about 1:30 this afternoon and I went inside to order a double burger combo. The floor was sticky again. There were 4 people eating inside who left by the time I ordered. The burger was probably as good as the best fast food burger I've had. I didn't like the fries but I can see why many people do. They were too rich for me which is not something I ever expected from fries. The service was unfriendly or uncaring. There was no one at the counter when I got there. I waited for about 6 or 7 minutes, watching the woman taking and filling drivethrough orders about 20 feet from me as about 15 or so cars went through that line. She seemed efficient and friendly, and I was thinking that maybe I should have gone the drivethrough route, but figured someone would come and take my order any second now. The woman working the drivethrough kept gesturing at some people out of my sight to let them know someone was waiting, and after what seemed like a long time but was only about 6 or 7 minutes a young woman came and took my order. Like I said, she wasn't rude, I was just a HUGE EFFING INCONVENIENCE for her, and she obviously held me in contempt so she treated me with what I can only call distain. In my entire life I've never had a server actually be rude to me, but she was definitely the least friendly server I've ever had. It took a couple of minutes for me to actually order a double burger combo because she wouldn't accept that as an order, believe it or not. I won't go back. read more

Well, we came here to try our new local spot. We had high hopes for this place. First off, we love supporting our local eateries but unfortunately this will not be one of them. We entered the establishment and it lacked decor which made it seem lackluster and empty but it was clean. Bathrooms were clean. We ordered a little of everything, cheeseburgers, chicken tenders, chicken nuggets, and fries. Fries were good, cheeseburger was ok, it had a funny taste and I think it was the bun thst had a plastic flavor. The chicken tenders were on the rubbery side and the nuggets were spongey texture and no chicken flavor. We were bummed because we really wanted to like this place. Ordered a combo and was only offered medium or large. Haven't been here before so didn't know what the options are and they only list a single price on the menu, so I figured that was it. Got charged an extra $3 at the window, asked why, and was told 'you said you wanted medium'. Felt like a very sleazy tactic, and also an extra 50% upcharge to medium felt weird. After I asked her to correct it to small, I got an attitude from the employee and her manager like I did something wrong. We had the spicy chicken sandwich and double cheeseburger combos and a chocolate milk shake. Chicken was decent sized but not tender and a bit dry. Fries were above average. Small drink was 50% ice. We were at BFC about a month ago and it was sad because we were the only ones in the restaurant and it was dinner time. I have no idea why people don't go there because the food is wonderful! The hamburger is REAL meat and delicious. The fries were seasoned just right as well. While we were eating the owner came out and talks to us for a while and was very very nice. When he saw that we were just eating burgers and fries, he gave us a sample of chicken too and it was prepared just right! Honestly if you have not tried this place...you need to. My husband and I have eaten here twice. The first time (which was a few weeks ago now) the chicken was good but SUPER salty. We tried it again last night and the chicken was perfect. I tried some of their Mac and cheese, which was not very good. Noodles were over cooked and the sauce was pretty runny. But their biscuits are PHENOMENAL! Best biscuits I have ever tasted. Always good to have more choices and this place has them! LOTS of options--all good. Between my wife, mother-in-law, and I, we tried the chicken, burgers, and fries. The double patty burger with cheese was VERY good: hot and tasty. The chicken was crispy on the outside with hot, moist meat. Fries were hot and crispy; not overly-salted. Delicious. Conveniently located on the corner of Hirst and Hatcher...a bit off the main street but easy to find. The staff was friendly and personable; I spoke with the owner and was impressed. He's sincerely concerned about your enjoying his food! There is plenty of parking outside and room enough inside for a team event after a game. We ate there about two weeks ago, there was no ice in the soda machine, some piece of equipment in the kitchen kept kicking on and echoing through the dining area but most importantly the food was not good. I'm not big on fast food, but the kids love chicken tenders, so we stopped in. It's not typical fast food... the chicken was fresh and made to order, but still fast. My daughter ordered a salad, and that was obviously fresh, as well. The lettuce was obviously fresh and not from a bag/pre washed. I don't care for fries, unless they have chili and cheese, so I regretted not ordering those. The kids really enjoyed the fries, and my 8 y/o boys ate most of their adult meal, which was a large portion. The One thing that absolutely stood out was the level of customer service. They are beyond friendly, accommodating, and brought the food to our table. We felt welcome and appreciated. The gentleman also brought them nuggets to try... which I was surprised by prior reviews, as they also seemed fresh and good quality. The restaurant was also nice and clean. The other thing that stood out was the quality of the food. We love BFC. The chicken tenders are huge portions of chicken breast and obviously freshly made. French fries and burgers are great too. Chili cheese fries are piled high with both. I was disappointed. I ordered the chicken sandwich expecting fresh in store breaded chicken. This is not the case, it's preformed processed chicken which is frozen. The owner offered me a piece of their fried chicken which was a nice thing to do. The beading was tasty but the chicken was dry and flavorless. Like the menu (burgers and chicken). I ate inside and service was quick and courteous. I would go back to BFC again if in the area. Now, that said, the food was OK but not extraordinary and if I were the owner, i would charge a $1 or $2 more per entre, add all of that to the ingredients, and seek to really differentiate with the most savory fast serve restaurant food in the area. The location is not in a super high traffic area so they'll need to give folks a reason to go a little off the main route through Purcellville and stop at BFC. Really great fries, I mean the best fast food fries I've ever tried. Milkshakes are delicious, hand spun, and a very reasonable price. And the salads are surprisingly healthy and hearty. Figured I would try this place out after reading Yelp reviews that were going both directions. I had the double cheeseburger meal. The sprite was McDonald's sprite, fire. The burger itself was comparable to Wendy's. The burger was good and hot, just not a huge fan of the bun. Fries were also much higher quality than some other fast food places.
