They will attempt to shame you into buying one of their overpriced packages. My sister gifted me a package here. At the end of my first visit, they insisted I buy their $3000 package. The aesthetician said that's the package my sister usually buys. I said I'm not my sister. She then rolled her eyes and offered their $2000 package. When I still seemed reluctant, the aesthetician said they will offer me their lowest package at $1000 because of my sister. When I still showed hesitation, the office manager who was also present said if I couldn't afford their lowest package then maybe I shouldn't be there. I felt bad because my sister is a long- term client so I kept going back to use up the package she got me and also hoping for better service. Every time they will upsell me on additional treatments and products. They will say my skin is too dry, too dark and needs additional work. I have been there a total of five times for different facial treatments and once for laser. I return every time hoping it will be a better experience. This last experience was a facial and the aesthetician insisted using supposedly their very high-end Swiss products. My skin started breaking out after I came home. For me, this usually happens if I use very rich skin care products. My aesthetician kept selling the products she was using during the entire treatment. After a week, I was still breaking out which prompted me to contact their office. The office manager called me back and insisted that what I was experiencing had nothing to do with their products and because she and I are similar in age, having breakouts is normal ! Needles to say, I find them to be very unprofessional. I kindly asked for a credit for my last facial because not only was it ineffective, it caused more damage. She replied with that's impossible. I truly hope they will stop their high-pressure selling tactics and let their customers enjoy the services and let the results speak for themselves. I also wish they employ better conflict resolution, professionalism and more civil and respectful communication with their customers.
