Karma has a way of keeping score. Follow-Up: I received a response from the owner attempting to justify what happened, but it completely missed the facts. This spa area is massive. Definitely worth your time and $. Huge locker room, with top and bottom lockers. Each locker complete with a nice and warm spa robe, water bottle & gray slippers. The slippers originally weren't my size, they were too big, so the staff helped get me my size. There is an indoor women's relaxation lounge in the 1st floor, a co-ed indoor & outdoor relaxation lounge on the 2nd floor. In the 2nd floor relaxation lounge, there are complimentary cucumber water, iced tea, nuts and fruit. In the first floor women's area, there are also private dressing rooms if you're shy to change in the locker room, showers, restroom, a separate area to do your hair and makeup. You take an elevator (2nd floor) to wait in the co-ed relaxation area for your massage/treatment. Absolutely love this spa!
