This place looked promising but double, triple check before you come. I set an appointment at 4 pm. Got there at 4 pm, checked in and was offered to go to restroom and was told to wait 10 minutes. Going in to the 30 minutes wait, the front desk lady told me that my appointment was set for tomorrow at 2 pm and that I set up 2 appointments. I told her I only set up for today, showed her the text but she insisted. I even got a reminder call for today's appointment and no call for tomorrow's appointment. Anw, I asked if she had my name for today and she said yes, but I wasn't called until 4:45 pm - which I call BS, she messed up my appointment. I was nice enough that day to wait that long! I should've left after the 30 minutes wait. Went in to the massage, finally, I had a lady name Kiki. Thankfully, she was great. She was the only reason that made me gave ONE star to this review. I would give NONE if I could. After the massage, the same front desk lady called me in to a room, and started discussing about becoming a member - offering me to purchase $1k-$2k worth of treatment. WOW. I told her no, and she started bargaining and offered me cheaper deal. ONLY because of the good massage experience I had, I wanted to give them a second chance. I got their massage deal, which was not bad. $600 for 10 x 60 mins deep tissue massages, and she said anyone can use it and there is no expiration on those. We'll see if she stays true when we're calling in for a session. Oh boy, what am I getting myself into.... And by the way, their default is Chinese language, and just assume you speak it. read more

Their lymphatic massage was what initially impressed me and over time I've also enjoyed their facials. Lily, JoJo, and Kiki are all great for massage. JoJo, Kiki, and Sally are wonderful for facials based from my experiences. When I politely declined, the staff kept trying to convince me, repeatedly saying that "everyone who comes in for the $88 special ends up buying a package." That kind of sales approach made me feel uncomfortable and guilty, as if saying no wasn't an acceptable answer. Using other customers' decisions to pressure someone into spending thousands of dollars is unprofessional. Every client has different needs, goals, and financial situations. Instead of comparing me to other people, they should respect each person as an individual and accept a polite "no" without continued pressure. If you're considering this place, be prepared for a strong sales pitch after your treatment. I've been coming to this location for a while for facial treatments, and overall I do like the services they offer. The treatments have worked well for my skin, and I've seen good results over time. Another reason I keep coming back is because the location is convenient and close to my home. What I appreciated most in the past was working with one particular technician who was very professional and skillful, and who never pressured me into purchasing unnecessary services. That made the experience much more comfortable because I could focus on treatments that actually suited my skin rather than feeling like I was being sold something. However, recently the scheduling experience has been frustrating. Every time I try to book an appointment with that specific technician, I'm told there is an unusually long wait, almost as if she no longer works there. However, I know she is still working at both locations because a friend of mine currently goes to their other location and has seen her there. I even told the front desk staff that I would be willing to travel to another location just to get an earlier appointment with that technician, but I was still told I would need to wait about at least a month to see her. On my most recent booking, the front desk staff also changed my appointment time multiple times after it had already been scheduled, which was inconvenient. I never had these kinds of issues when the previous front desk staff was there. She was always friendly and pleasant. I haven't seen her there recently, so I'm not sure if she's still around. The newer front desk staff doesn't seem very knowledgeable and sometimes comes across with a bit of an attitude, which unfortunately affects the overall experience. I still like the treatments and the results I get here, but I hope management can improve the front desk coordination and scheduling process so clients can consistently book with the technician they prefer. read more

So when I found out they opened one near Diamond bar where i go often, I can't help by book a service to check out this location. This location is definitely my new favorite being more convenient (well obviously it is newer and much bigger) but will add that it's much more convenient with a huge parking lot. I want to be fair with my review. The lymph massage I received was 5 stars, it's the poor service & communication from one of the manager / coordinator Ping that made everything very upsetting. The whole experience was great until you begin the "checkout process". They take you to a room and literally pressure you into buying their package deals, without fully explaining the entirety of their service. They offered me to purchase the $3000 package to use on any service (when I only truly expected to pay $88 for my lymph massage plus tip) When I politely declined the offer and said I needed more time to look at their service menu before spending 3k at this establishment that I am barely familiar with, Ping immediately told me her client yesterday spent 10k here. I politely declined her offer again, and she said how about 2k? I declined again and said I just want to pay for my service today, she said 1k is my last chance or else I won't be getting any future promotions. I find it absurd and funny at the same time so I decided to just leave. Last but not least, she immediately got offended and double charged me for my service.. I had to talk to someone else to explain that I already prepaid for my service to get my money back :( It's upsetting to write this review because I actually enjoyed the massage here. Whoever owns this business needs to train your staff to be better at sales, if the service you offer is good and worthwhile, you will get returning customers who are happily willing to spend the money within their budget, there is no reason to add the push. The masseuse was not only massaging me but also teaching me the body moment I can do by myself daily. I am very into Herb medicine and Chinese Herb treatment so this is matching as well : ) I also came here to consult a small scar I had right next my eye. They really know how to treat problem and issues unlike the other store who gave me a scar and told me to go to see dermatology. But here they not only going to fix it they are not gonna charge me anything. I came on a Saturday when they first opened for Ultherapy. I was kept waiting for about 15 min, and they appeared short staffed. It's a bit awkward, because I stood there watching the lady get the room ready. Didn't seem to want to clean my face, but did clean after I asked. I was asked to switch to another room half way through my service, because they want to give my room to a different customer. They also seem to have forgotten about me because I was kept on the numbing cream for a long time. I even had to remind them that I've already been on numbing cream for over an hour before anyone came to look after me. My technician was fairly good though. Very nice and thorough. Overall the experience is ok. They do get the job done but there's definitely room for improvement. Not sure if I just came on a bad day or not. They seemed to have realized that the service could had been better on their own, so they did apologize and offered a free facial. I may go back and try the facial to see if it's better. read more
