I do have to say the front desk gives a rushed feeling, even when no other customers are there waiting. From the moment Nicole walked into my room, she was friendly and very willing to discuss and answer questions. She gave a filler recommendation along with a detailed explanation as to how it would improve an area, without being pushy. Love that! I wanted to wait to see how one area came out before committing to two. Besides being patient and caring, the final result was just what I had asked for and came out exactly how I wanted. I could not be happier she was selected for my treatment. Not only that, she informed me of the Ally points program, which saved me money the same day! I will definitely come back to her in the future.

Do want to warn that it can cause a runny nose as your body is getting rid of the mucus in your body - Infared sauna: has different light options of your choosing and there is a list. Make sure you drink electrolytes before and after, and bring water with you. I do meditation exercises, deep breathing, or bring a book inside the sauna. I would avoid bringing glasses/phone as it gets hot - Red light therapy: I would do either (1) 10 min session or (2) 10 min sessions and do the red light for body inflammation and/or the option for acne and face blemishes. Also noticed a difference in my body (I feel and look much skinnier after a red light session) and my skin/acne is more easier to get rid of as I get microneedling done separately. You do have to get into a chamber and I'm used to these type of machines so I don't get claustrophobic. The staff is wonderful, place is clean and tidy. More affordable than other locations with similar specialities, except this place is in a good location with free and ample parking. You get to choose essential oils and peppermint is my go to.
