I love this place! I went for the first time yesterday, as someone who is super active my body was just screaming for recovery. I was referred by one of my clients, who also loves coming here. They had a new client special for $40 where you could do all three treatments. Originally I was going to skip on the red light because I have one at home but I fell asleep using theirs! The ambiance of the whole place is so relaxing and zen. The sauna was so nice, and you could even choose your music for your session. I like the lighting system they use, it makes it easy to navigate where you're going. I finished with the cold plunge and I left feeling so refreshed, energized, and happy. Wow what a disappointment. I just called to book an appointment for red light because I remembered that I bought 2 sessions and only used one. I was told over the phone that it expired even that was purchased within the last six months. Just be aware everyone, that I have bought many packages all over Santa Clarita for different services and not once have I had something expired. So far it's been fabulous- everyone is super nice. I've gone twice - for red light therapy and I also trialed the infrared sauna & cold plunge. It's so clean and aesthetically pleasing. I do wish though it was enclosed off so you can do cold plunge and sauna together for contrast therapy. This really helps my recovery so I've grown an appreciation for cold plunging and red light services. The website is not super clear on booking which is confusing. Parking is hit and miss. I just want to begin by saying how much I love Lineaedge. I have been to many wellness studios and by far my favorite has been here. To start, the Founder Torris and Mikaila are extremely warm and welcoming and help answer any questions you may have about the services/experience. They offer red light therapy, infrared or traditional sauna, and an ice bath. Their services are the most affordable and accessible I've seen - I drive out from North Hollywood to attend because it's that worth it for me! I know wellness services can be a luxury/investment but the cold plunge alone being free with booking the sauna or red light therapy is something nowhere else I've seen is doing. I love the attention to detail they have -the guiding lights to help you navigate through the services clearly and seamlessly, the calming ambiance with mood lighting, lots of plants everywhere, bird songs playing overhead to help shift you into the parasympathetic state, the bed to lay in for red light therapy (other places you stand for 20 minutes in front of panels), your choice of essential oil scents for the sauna as well as mood lighting and binaural beats played with many different choices (both unguided or guided meditations offered) during the session, and lastly the ice bath with a selfie stick conveniently placed in case you want to record yourself plunging. I just feel like they really thought of it all in the space to provide a great well rounded experience. Overall Lineaedge provides a relaxing and calm atmosphere to be able to allow yourself to unwind and recover. It has given me so many benefits not only physically but mentally as well. We took advantage of the guest special ($30 for three sessions) and absolutely loved our time here! This was my husband and my first time going to a sauna and cold plunge facility -- our expectations were blown away! Mikayla was so welcoming and warm to us, giving us thorough overviews of each session's health benefits and what to expect. I was a little nervous, but she made me feel very comfortable and calm. The saunas feel private, the ice bath (40 degrees!) is the perfect size and feel, and the whole experience feels relaxing with a nice hint of luxury. My favorite part about Lineaedge is that with a membership, ice baths are added in for free with each session! You receive a robe and bag to change where you can put your belongings in a cubby or take with you to the different rooms. Came across Lineaedge in search of a better sauna other than LA fitness, which, honestly just sitting in my hot car in Santa, Clarita with the AC off is better than LA fitness, but I digress. When I arrived, I was greeted with a friendly smile from Michaela. She explained everything they do in detail. I tried the introductory offer which included all three stations infrared, sauna, and cold plunge, and oh my what a unique experience. I was sold when the owner explained that adding water to the sauna rocks doesn't actually make it hotter, but the humidity increases the thermal conductivity of the air and will make it feel hotter.
