I was referred by one of my clients, who also loves coming here. They had a new client special for $40 where you could do all three treatments. Originally I was going to skip on the red light because I have one at home but I fell asleep using theirs! The ambiance of the whole place is so relaxing and zen. The sauna was so nice, and you could even choose your music for your session. I like the lighting system they use, it makes it easy to navigate where you're going. I finished with the cold plunge and I left feeling so refreshed, energized, and happy. Izzy was so helpful and sweet! So was the other girl but I didn't get her name.
