We took off work and waited. Text messages came assuring us they were on their way several times, only to get a voicemail later that they should have scheduled it early in the morning since there were 3 air conditioners and wouldn't make it. I called back, rescheduled for today April 14th. I received a text message this morning letting me know I was on the schedule and that they would be in contact with us when the tech was on his way. By 11:00am I had heard nothing. I contacted them (all done through AI mind you) and they said they heard my concern and someone would be coming out still today. At 3:00pm I contacted them again and they said now, the gentleman that was scheduled to come out here was stuck and couldn't come out until tomorrow...So do you think they were actually going to come out tomorrow? The answer is no. I live in a rural town which they CLAIM to service but its only if you are convenient. Poor planning, poor scheduling, they will drop you for their higher paying jobs. They don't care to lose your service because they can't keep up with it anyways. Take my advice and call someone else. Insincere. Diengenous. Should probably higher some real people. Now certainly wouldn't trust them to do a good job and not rush to something else.

Jonathan was the technician and what impressed me the most was that just because he found a problem he still kept looking until he found and resolved all the issues. This took several visits in which new refrigerant was added, a leak was repaired, and a part replaced. We had an issue with our AC unit cutting off during the day and turning back on in the evening. An…read moreIntegrity specialist came to our house, spent nearly 2 hours checking the unit outside and upstairs and told me the unit was "fine" because it happened to be blowing when he was there and charged us $95 to diagnose our problems. He then proceeded to give me options for repairs that ranged from $900 (this included resealing leakage that didn't exist) to $1,879 complete HVAC system rejuvenation. That evening the temperature in our home rose 12 degrees above where it was set. After getting a second opinion, it turns out our drain line was clogged and was triggering a sensor to cut off the unit. We were told this is a simple and common issue that took about 45 minutes for another company to fix while charging us $138 for the service. Very disappointed that the real reason for our unit not working wasn't even brought to our attention by Integrity. We felt Integrity was trying to take advantage of our ignorance and sell us on more than the issue. We will never use them again.

So...we got a diagnostic on our a/c which wasn't working. He didn't even check our Freon which was empty and didn't find the leak puncture in our line that we had to hire another technician from another company to discover. You should keep better records so when your customers call, you can know how to best serve them, or in our case, not serve them. We were charged $145 for you to come to our house and tell us you don't carry the replacement for r-22 as many other companies do and have had great success maintaining units with it. You just want to sell us a new unit on a small house between 8-10k dollars. We have been using Superior for years with our rental houses. I've always been happy but today I just feel like we've been ripped off. I told them the issue with our unit so they knew when they came out that we needed recharged. They don't have any r22 anymore though. So of course they want to sell us any unit and charge us a diagnostic fee that is $50 more than anyone else.

From the beginning they were on time , through, honest, and professional. My heater stopped working and a Sunday, of course. I called expecting a weekend up charge but no up charge. Ian Smith was the technician that arrived to check out my system. Ian is an outstanding person that I highly recommend. Ian is intently knowledgeable and very professional. He gave me more information about the situation that I could digest. What he did do that I did understand was explain to me that my system was dying a miserable death and no amount of repairs were going to resurrect it. So at the kitchen table he gave me a few options. There was never any pressure to commit. But what he recommended and the price he quoted, we made a deal. It was going to be a few days before they could install my new unit, but he didn't leave me without heat. He recharged me system with Freon and reminded me that my system was dying and this wouldn't last long. But it was something. Within a couple of days they arrived to install the new system. Again, the technicians were on time, respectful, professional, and efficient. Before too long I had a superior system that works amazingly. It's efficient and quiet. As I said in the beginning I waited to see their follow through. This week Ian came out per our contract to inspect our system. Everything is working perfectly. This is a company I trust and respect.
