I brought in a used Silverado from a dealership for a pre-purchase inspection. They provided in…read moredepth details about the maintenance repairs that were necessary and provided quotes for each line item. They gave me their honest opinion on if the truck would be worth buying if all the repairs were to be completed. Couldn't end up coming to a deal with the dealership (because they didn't want to budge on price) but this $160 inspection saved me $6,000 on immediate repairs! Highly recommend.

They used to be a good shop a few years ago, but unfortunately I would not recommend taking your…read morevehicle here anymore. In my experience, they seem far more interested in maximizing the bill than giving customers fair and reasonable service. They recommend repairs and services that your vehicle may not even need, and the prices can quickly become excessive. What really bothered me was the way labour was handled. If multiple parts are in the same area and replacing them together requires little or no additional work, they still charge for each individual part/service instead of reasonably bundling the labour. You can end up paying significantly more for work that isn't actually much more labour-intensive. I strongly recommend getting a second opinion before agreeing to anything they recommend. Don't assume everything they're telling you needs to be done, and don't be afraid to compare their prices with another shop! I used to have a much better opinion of this place, but based on my recent experience, I would tell people to take their car somewhere else. It feels like they're trying to get as much money out of the customer as possible rather than providing fair, transparent service.
