I was impressed that they got the job done within the allotted time frame even though I was travelling and hard to reach for much of the time. The installation crew put all the panels up in a day and did an excellent and neat job. Jimmy texted me to let me know what time I should expect the installers to show up. He even informed me that he would show up him self a little bit latter in the day to check on everything. They started around 9am in the morning. They introduced themselves to me and let me know what they were going to do and what to expect. As the day progressed they kept me informed and also were awesome to show me what they were doing and asking if I had questions on anything. My kids were watching them through the windows and everyone was so cool that they waved and smiled at my kids. Jimmy even showed up talked to me and what was really cool was to see that the owner had brought everyone lunch. They finished up around 5ish and picked up all of there stuff and made my place look like it was when they left. By far this was a awesome experience with the owner and the crew. I love a good busy mall and this is one of the best I've seen. We used to have a great indoor mall…read more(RIP Northbrook Court) in the Chicago suburbs and still have an amazing outdoor mall (Old Orchard) but when you live in a freezer for half the year it's nice to have an indoor shopping destination. There's a fancy side and a "normal" side separated by a skybridge. My daughter and I started on the fancy side and did a little damage and then made our way across the bridge. Favorites included Ralph Lauren, Alo, Vuori & Aritzia (with it's own cafe). We only had a few hours to kill before we had to pick up my sons, but could have easily spent all day here and it wasn't easy getting her to leave! We weren't the only shoppers on this rainy fall day. The place was packed and the stores were "black friday" level busy. It brought me back to the good old days of mall shopping and made me long for a great indoor mall in Chicago. Maybe some day, but in the meantime will get my indoor mall shopping fix when we visit the Detroit burbs.

Extremely disappointing and unacceptable handling of a serious fraud issue…read more I contacted this store after discovering unauthorized credit card transactions made at this location. I reached out for assistance and was directed to the security team by help desk. The help desk was very rude and disrespectful. They requested my credit card information and phone number, assured me that someone would follow up, and then completely failed to contact me afterward. A customer dealing with thousands of dollars in fraudulent charges should not be ignored after providing requested information in good faith. At minimum, I expected basic communication, professionalism, and accountability. Instead, I received no update, no explanation, and no follow-through. This experience has seriously damaged my trust in this store's customer service and security response. I hope management reviews how fraud-related customer concerns are handled, because leaving customers without any response after asking for sensitive information is unacceptable.
