I wanted to buy three bottles of alcohol and was accompanied by two other people that are of age and had proof of their ID's on them as well as myself. Once I approached the counter I wasn't greeted with a "Hi" or a "How can I help you" but with judgment in stating that "Before I can sell you alcohol, I need to see your ID's". I said "..okay, well I can get you mine". I looked back at the other two people accompanying me and the one of the two girls stated " Okay I have mine" and the other girl stated "Okay I have a picture of mine". The older dark haired lady working the front counter when we arrived at around 12:15-12:20 PM then stated "Well I can't sell you alcohol if you all do not have your ID's on your person." The girl that had only a picture of her ID stated " Well I can leave the store". The dark haired older lady then stated "Nope I still can't sell you alcohol, sorry..Texas state law." I asked the the dark haired older person at the counter " So you can't sell me the alcohol today?" She then again stated "Nope, Texas state law." She was very dismissive, judgmental, and rude. I will urge everybody I know, don't know and anybody that is reading this review to not to do business with this location any longer due to the poor treatment I received as well as two other possible customers received today. The two other girls will also urge others to no longer do business with the twin liquors in Lockhart, Texas.

Each time, with absolutely horrendous customer service told her that they were out of stock! There was also no suggestions on where to go at an alternative location to make the purchase. This is not the first time that this out of stock situation has occurred. If you have a business that only sell ONE PRODUCT, you would think that they would have some type of OUT OF STOCK PROTOCOL. I am no longer a Twin Liquors Customer and I will be taking my business to SPEC'S. My wife drove all the way to Slaughter Lane (SOUTH PARK MEADOWS) and they had 12 bottles of the liquor that I needed!
