I love even more the actual lunch, their sandwiches are redick good and I take all of my out of town guests here for the same experience. Let's run to the liquor store for lunch! No one expects the deliciousness they are about to receive. My go-to sammie is the Angry Bird (hold the angry--not a fan of dijon). It is chock full of turkey, melty swiss cheese, sauteed mushrooms, greenery and their signature semi sweet pickles. But when feeling "healthy" I also love the Athena which has cukes and spinach and kalamatas and other tasty veggies and you can add turkey or ham if you're a carnivore. All sammies come with a little bag of plain potato chips (perfect for stacking in your sammie) and a really tasty dill pickle slice. I love that I can call and pre order and it is ready by the time I make the 12 minute drive there. I love that it is almost always the same nice lady taking my calls and checking me out. And I LOVE that yes, I do tend to buy wine "for later" during my work day...just feels a little bit naughty.
