I gave Alon a call and he came the next day. He came to our house, diagnosed the problem as the relatively simple fix of the mangled USB ports, fixed them with some pliers, and charged us $100. Very reasonable, considering we had no idea what was wrong with it and would have replaced the parts at a higher cost. He was also very responsive: He called me right after I left my initial voicemail, and later he texted me his ETA and was right on time. He also took the time to explain exactly what happened to my husband and me, and recommended some additional things we could do in the future to protect the device. Definitely putting him on my speed dial, i would recommend to anybody.

Our home was no where near updated. We installed a remote control iPad for our brand new Samsung TV which controls the TV itself our lights in every room, sprinklers, and air conditioning. We also had him install a sound bar. That I would highly recommend to anyone that has Ben do work for them. It's called the jbl soundbar. The quality of sound is insane. It was a huge upgrade. We then had Ben install 4 cameras which are perfectly hidden and actually blend in pretty well with our house. At night no one can tell that cameras are there. Him and his guys that work with him did an excellent job covering the cable cords and they are invisible. Lastly we had a OLED 55 inch TV installed in our backyard so when we are lounging in our pool we can pull out our water proof controller and crack some cold brews and watch high quality television. Thank you so much Radiant Home Automation.

These guys use the best brands and have the the most high tech, state of the art equipment available. The home we moved in to had old outdated equipment. Vladimir and his team were able to utilize some of the existing wiring and completely update me with the latest cameras and Control4 home automation system. I now have an amazing setup with multiple rooms having home theater style audio systems. Since our initial meeting we have also added the Rachio 3 smart sprinkler system , 15 high definition outdoor cameras , Wi-Fi door locks on the from door and rear gates, multiple control4 switches and really awesome true audio outdoor speaker system with a 10in subwoofer buried in the ground - the sound is unreal! But beyond all the tech and sound Malibu wired has incredible attention to detail. At the end of each day they take time to clean up the job site and I'm not talking about sweeping the dirt in the corner. The guys made sure It was just about perfect, even better than how it was before they arrived. These guys are pros and it shows in their work. If you are looking for the best in Automation/AV/home theater look no further than Malibu Wired.

I was partially happy because I had never experienced automation like this before that being said what was promised by Tommy and what was delivered wasn't the same then Vladimir and Tommy parted ways. Here I sit 5 years later and I have to buy an entirely new system (tens of thousands). They don't even work with the company they sold me anymore. They want to charge me to even look at my system and what isn't working when they can easily access it online through the app to see it is shut down. They won't respond unless they are paid. The system they sold me was apparently old when it was installed and it had a bad reputation for breaking down. This is why I highly recommend you go elsewhere. Just show you shiny objects but don't back them up!! I have to say Tony & Mheir the techs bent over backwards to help but the equipment that was put in wasn't quality and don't back it. This was all just a money maker for them (to generate house calls, subscriptions and upgrades). Beware! FYI. Don't trust them each person you talk to promises something different and it never happens!!!

Karim, the owner, answered the phone immediately which was refreshing because many small businesses have their phones go to voicemails when they are out in the field. Karim was able to fit me in as their last appointment for the day which meant that they were at our house in under 2 hours after my initial call. Both Karim and his partner, Antonio, were professional, courteous and had deep knowledge and experience with TVs, mounting and related areas. They quickly assessed our requirements and made some great recommendations for our final setup. We had them install our new OLED as well as relocate an exiting 75" TV to another room. They were extremely careful with the handling of the TVs and placed the appropriate protective material over dressers and other furniture. Even though it was late in the afternoon, they took their time and did not rush their work. In the end, the installations and all of the connections to our sound systems were perfect. Based on my experience with installing TVs, I can confidently state that High Def Solutions will provide extraordinary quality and service with great communication. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for TV installations and other tech related services.
